Don't use this platform strongly I recommend everyone stay away as faced so much difficulties. 1- Bus booked for rewa first time and dropped me 200 km ahead from my destination and also bus staff misbehaved due to this my time and extra charges paid. 2- Hotel Raj palace booked at Rewa and paid already but when reached property they insulted and harassed so much and demanded INR 944 extra but I called customer care to resolve the issue instead of resolution they cancelled my Booking and booked from other platform and wasted my time and extra charges also.

We were stranded and left in a city (AGRA - INDIA) at 9pm with nowhere to go, no transport having been lied to by the operator and bus driver repeatedly. Save yourself a lot of stress and headache. DO NOT USE THEM. Now RedBus won't contact me back either. Its really not about getting the refund but more about the priciple. Luckily I was with my partner but had she been alone in that part of the city in that situation it could have been far worse.
Cheating while booking tickets
We boked ticket for 2 passengers from Sangamwadi Pune To Khalghat we are 100%sure we selected correct date of travel as 9th Nov after making payment we got tickets for 8th Nov. Once we thought may be it's our mistake so we changed the date to 9th and paid extra 421Rs even this time tickets still came with 8th. After many tried and hold for hrs we got connected to customer care they simply refused to take any action informing us that we already used one try to change date and they cannot help even we spoke to Manager incharge. It's hell worst experience. When contacted the company of travel they told tickets were purchased from Red bus contact them. Finally we have travel one day ahead of sch.
Keep watch on such bad practice and report. It's better to go to agent and get proper ticket
No customer care
I have booked bus from Bengaluru to Wayanad. Operator cancelled the bus. I have initiated the compliant. But no refund initiated so far ( 2 weeks now) . Red bus do not have email for customer support . No proper phone number that connect to customer care.

Absolutely awful no customer support. There’s no phone number to the red bus app and chat doesn’t work. The first bus Sri Vaari travels was canceled and when I called the person hung up the phone as I was asking for support. The second bus NueGo (also purchase with the app) got cancelled last minute and we couldn’t return to the city where we live. No one offered support and we didn’t even get the refund yet. Disgusting customer service and a terrible experience. Absolutely unacceptable. Book a car or an uber instead of using these companies will save you from the stress of having to deal with them.
Pathetic travel experience
Pathetic travel experience. The bus was not clean, and the driver seemed completely inexperienced and abusive. He had no idea about the bus equipment or switches — it took him more than an hour just to start the bus. The conductor was also using foul language throughout the journey. Several passengers were drunk and creating a nuisance. Despite repeatedly asking the conductor to stop the bus and remove them, no action was taken. Additionally, four people were sharing two sleeper seats, and the staff kept waiting unnecessarily for more passengers to board. Extremely poor management and unprofessional behavior.

Since no information on upcomming booked journy with Paulo teavels either in app or sms from Paulo teavels, till the bus arrival time at 8.20pm.
Was forced to book an other journy to b Madgoa to Bangalore,in seabird and has changed Rs 2194 against Rs 1111, stated in redbus app.

Last night I was travelling from Aundha to Pune. I had not booked online, I had booked through shrama Travel from Aundha. When I got into the bus, my seat was completely soaked. After that, the conductor put a new bed sheet on it. There was nothing on one side of the seat. For example, the curtains to lock the seat were too small and there were only a few single seats to keep it in place. The person sitting on the seat could fall off the bus at any time.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience on RedTrain. I had purchased the Seat Guarantee Premium facility for my last-minute ticket from Delhi to Lucknow (PNR: 2242553857), paying an additional Rs. 1492, with the expectation of a confirmed seat. Unfortunately, my ticket was not confirmed, rendering the extra payment completely useless.
Due to this failure, I had to urgently book a flight for my Diwali emergency travel, incurring additional expenses. Furthermore, your coupons could not be utilized for this emergency. I later learned that RedTrain coupons are restricted only to bus and train services, which is illogical and impractical for last-minute or emergency travel.
Your customer care also informed me that RedTrain coupons must be used within one week, which severely limits their utility. These restrictions and failures demonstrate a serious lack of reliability and customer-centric approach.
As a result:
1. I have completely lost trust in RedTrain services.
2. I will never use RedTrain again.
3. I will actively advise others against using your services, recommending alternatives such as MMT which provide better reliability and flexibility.
Considering the financial loss and inconvenience caused due to your service failure, I demand:
A full refund of the Seat Guarantee Premium (Rs. 1492).
A proper explanation for why your service failed despite paying extra for guaranteed seating.
Review and clarification of coupon restrictions to make them truly useful for customers.
I expect a prompt response, failing which I will escalate this matter to consumer forums and social media to seek appropriate action.
This level of service is unacceptable, and I expect RedTrain to take responsibility for the inconvenience caused.
Careless and bad service of MAHARANI BUS
We travelled by MAHARANI bus from Hazaribag to Patna last Thursday (23/10/2025). We booke da ticket from Ranchi and the timing was 9:30 pm but got to know that it came very late there around 11:30 pm so we travelled Hazaribag by our own conveyance instead of waiting but in Hazaribag also the bus arrived at 2:00 am instead of 12:00 am. It was 2 hours late but we managed. When we boarded the bus it was not looking organised as all the red buses do. We did not mind it but after running 2.5 hours at 4:30 am the bus drived stopped the bus at a place in Gaya where many MAHARANI buses were already parked and then the driver and the conductor suddenly went somewhere without telling anything to the passengers. We had to reach Patna till 6:00 am but till 7:00 am the bus was in Gaya only and that time only the conductor came and said that another bus will come and take us to Patna. Then after waiting of 2.5 hours a bus came and some passengers only could get into it because it was already loaded and rest of the passengers again waited there only. Finally we reached Patna at 10:30 am. We had to get a leave from our office that day and the people who have emergency suffered a lot. We got so tired and irritated. It was a very very very very bad journey. Please take a strict action on all the MAHARANI buses or do not include these buses under Red Bus service.
Please take an action otherwise we can complain in higher authorities too.

I had one of the most frustrating travel experiences with this agency. We had booked a bus from Dwarka to Ahmedabad, scheduled to depart at 7:00 PM. Shockingly, around 6:30 PM, we were informed that the bus is not in a condition to travel. So you have to come till half way through another bus and the another bus driver was refusing at first to let us sit and told this is worst agency why you had booked your seats in this after so many arguments he(another bs owner) agrees to let us seat till khambaliya (mid way)
Instead of taking responsibility, they pushed us to another mediator point and arranged a different bus, which arrived an hour late. The whole situation was chaotic and disorganized.
When the bus finally came, the service was pathetic — the beds were dirty, the bus interior was messy, and the staff showed zero professionalism. On top of that, the timings were completely unreliable, causing unnecessary stress and delay.
We suffered throughout this journey due to their poor planning and complete lack of management.
I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this travel agency unless you want to ruin your trip and waste your money.

With reference to the subject matter, I had a terrible experience with Sri SMS Travels towards my journey from Rameswaram to Chennai on 21-10-2025; below are the bus details.

I had booked 4 numbers of sleeper class non-A/C bus through RED Bus for the above destination points in Sri SMS Travels. Out of 4 seats, 2 seats are 60%-70% wet, not even able to sit in the sleeper berth. In 1 seat, my two daughters adjusted, and in another seat, my wife adjusted the entire night of travel. I sat in the driver's cabin near the window seat. Moreover, inside the bus, there was the smell of garbage and ants and mosquitoes everywhere. In a few destination points there was a little heavy rain; there is no wiper to clear rainwater in front of the driver's seat to wipe out the water. This is a very serious issue; they are putting public life at risk. The bus starting time scheduled was 8.05 PM from Rameswarm; actually, the bus started from Rameswaram around 10.00 PM. Supposed to reach Koyambedu, Chennai, around 8 AM on 22-10-2025, but actually reached Koyambedu around 11:50 AM.
I repeatedly called Sri SMS Travel’s manager regarding facilities provided by them inside the bus, but the response was very, very bad, and they ignored the calls (his mobile no. 88079 48577 and other numbers 89399 49731 & 90253 41202). The driver is not able to do anything about my repeated requests. I felt like I was talking to a wall! The lack of communication and professionalism made my travel plans very stressful. Their bus service is simply unacceptable. The bus is in very, very bad shape; the bus looks like a garbage vehicle, they are selling the seats to humans for travelling instead of animals and looting the money from the public without providing basic facilities.

I was traveling from Raigarh to Raipur.They are really bad at communicating the actual delay of the bus. I recently got delayed by three hours which initially was communicated to me as half an hour. This eventually lead me to miss my flight I needed to take at the destination city, Leading me to miss my office that day and loss of fifteen thousand rupees. Later I have approached them for reimbursing for my missed flight due to their negligence. After several days of back and forth, they said all they could do is give me a 200rupees redbus cash (which is of no use). Even the bus is over loaded with people way beyond its capacity. Don't use redbus please. Save yourself from your worst nightmare.
