Absolutely rubbish experience

Absolutely rubbish experience. I was almost about to miss my bus due to extremely poor coordination and misleading information.
I booked a ticket for a 6:00 AM departure on 4th June, but the directions provided were completely wrong. The location mentioned was Gandhi Road, Lakkhi Bagh. I spent extra money on a Rapido just to reach there, only to find out that the information was incorrect.
I waited till 5:39 AM and did not receive any call or message from the driver or bus crew. There was no clear landmark or exact pickup point mentioned anywhere. When I contacted customer support, they were completely confused and kept changing the location — first Ghantaghar, then Mussoorie Bus Stand, and then ISBT. Even they did not have any confirmed information about the actual departure point.
Eventually, a local person informed me that buses were actually departing from ISBT. I had to again spend money on Rapido to reach there urgently. Luckily, I managed to find the bus just as it was about to leave.
Shockingly, even after boarding, I did not receive any proper communication. Only at around 6:30 AM, while I was already on the journey, I received the bus number and location details.
This is extremely pathetic service. Due to your careless and irresponsible management, I was on the verge of missing my bus entirely. There is absolutely no coordination between your system, support team, and drivers.
I will not recommend this service to anyone and will not use it again in the future. This level of mismanagement is unacceptable.

This is app is very worst and don't…

This is app is very worst and don't get proper responce from support team. Due to this i lost 900 rupees. I have Boole two tickets for ksrtc bus from Hosapete to Hyderabad today but some accident it took same name for both tickets , but i am traveling along with my mother ksrtc crew is not allowed to bording with same name, When i reached out to ksrtc support they did not allowed, and when i check with Abhi bus support they are useless insted providing solution the are asking to read terms conditions while booking ticket this app allows booking tickets with same name this app is useless and i dont recommend to use others

Worst experience of booking ever.

Worst experience of booking ever.
It was not informed in the beginning that there will be a break journey from the pick of destination and then change of bus at Madiwala.
Then the bus broke down in the middle of the journey for 2 hours.
Now the journey is delayed by 6 hours and the passengers who are senior citizens have still not reached the destination.
The customer service is also worse. As the complaint raised cannot be viewed in any portal. Neither the customer service agent- Nida, was any supportive and yelled at me when I asked about the update.
The bus operators are lying that they have reached the destination but the passengers are still on the journey.

Bus was ok but driver out of mind as without toilet bus need to stop when someone has to pee he was rushing saying don’t go for it bus can be late human body has no buttons to stop such things happy customer come again I travelled 1 st time in my life by bus and I loved it but in such cases need to think Couz 16 hours journey need to treat customers well say can’t stop the bus Couz it’s getting late it’s not a good excuse sorry to say it

I booked for pune to Ahmedabad... Very disappointed coz bus had been late by more than 8 hours n not a single authorised person respond properly.....
Bus was in third class catagory....
Passangers are lower than middle class...
I advice u all not choose this bakwas bus service....

The worst service provider & scammers

One of the worst service providers and complete scammers.

I initially booked a bus from Amritsar to Katra through Abhi Bus. During booking, they showed a neat and clean bus from New Shivam Travels (Bus No. 1747), and the scheduled departure time was 2:20 PM.

However, around 2:00 PM, I received a call from one of their staff members. A person came to the pickup point and took me to another travel office, which turned out to be Bhawani Travels. They informed me that I would now be travelling with them instead.

The bus finally arrived around 3:00 PM, already delayed, and then they told me that my sleeper seat would be shared with another passenger. The condition of the bus was extremely poor — dirty cushions, unhygienic environment, and rude staff members constantly chewing gutkha.

I also saw several other passengers arguing with the bus staff regarding the same issues, and the response from the staff was basically: “Utar jao niche fir” (“Get down if you don’t want to travel”).

This is clearly a scam where they show one bus during booking and provide a completely different, low-quality service at the last moment.

Do not book with Abhi Bus, New Shivam Travels, or Bhawani Travels on the Amritsar–Katra route.

Extremely Poor Service

Extremely Poor Service – No Refund Even After Serious Issues

I had a very disappointing and stressful experience with PAL SLNT Travels booked through AbhiBus on 03-May-2026 (PNR: PALQ52LA47219).

There was absolutely no proper communication before departure. The contact number provided was continuously busy, and I received no clarity about the bus status. After reaching the boarding point at 4:30 PM, I was informed at 5:30 PM that the bus would be delayed by 2 hours due to maintenance. However, even after waiting beyond 7:00 PM, there was no update at all.

When I finally managed to reach the operator, I was shocked to receive completely contradictory and false information — including claims that the bus had broken down, the driver was hospitalized, the driver had passed away, and even that the driver was mentally unstable and searching for keys. This level of irresponsibility is unacceptable.

Between 7 PM and 8 PM, all contact numbers were switched off, and even bus tracking was disabled. Neither the operator nor AbhiBus provided any proactive support.

Due to this complete uncertainty, I was forced to arrange alternative travel at my own expense, including a taxi to Vyttila and booking another bus via RedBus. Only after I had boarded the alternative bus did I receive a call saying the original bus had arrived — which was completely useless at that point.

This incident caused me to miss my office reporting time, leading to professional inconvenience.

What is even more disappointing is that my refund is still not processed despite raising the complaint and providing all necessary proof.

No help for the below issue

No help for the below issue, explained it 3 customer associates as each of them were hanging the call…Pathetic experience on 3rd May 2026(Goa to Hyderabad): state bus put dent and scratch at 7 pm, till 11 pm they couldn’t not get FIR/insurance shorted and entire people were kept waiting.
Instead of doing it smart and faster, they simply didn’t bother about time being wasted of all passenger and when asked the attitude of “ho jaayega dheere dheere”.
Also they stopped for dinner at overcrowded place and unhygienic place… bakwaas and shitty company!!!

I travelled from Hyderabad to Bhubaneswar On date 28 April 2026 with Shyamoli Parivahan Private limited Vehicle no:NL 01 D 5074 Crew left the stop without checking if all passengers were on board. I had to chase the bus. The driver’s behavior was rude and hurtful. They have no ethics and zero concern for passenger safety. Completely pathetic.Its my life very very bad experience with this bus travel.

Booked via AbhiBus from Mumbai to…

Booked via AbhiBus from Mumbai to Korutla on Bhumi Travels (MH47 Y 9914). Very poor experience. Bus was in bad condition with no blankets or pillows for an overnight journey. Luggage/boxes were dumped on back seats, making passengers uncomfortable.
Crew behavior was unprofessional; crew member Laxman Maraju was rude and seemed intoxicated. Contact: 90046 11996. Bus was delayed without proper communication, and halt stops were unhygienic.
AbhiBus should verify bus operators before listing them. Very disappointing journey.

It was nice journey with hans travel bus no. MP09ZZ9944.
Staff was very courteous and specially Mr. Rauf , Mr. Santosh and Mr. Himanshu was very kind to all the passengers, feel happy to travel again with these people. Good job

Zero Rated bus 5736 Delhi to Tanakpur

Worst and no words for this zero quality with extremely disgusting staff bus. Mosquitoes and insects are always ready to take you on a ride separately from the ride that you have booked. A water bottle worth RS 8 has been given which is boiling like a engine oil. Once I felt I should jump out of the running bus then I thought it’s my life and no will gonna bother so I changed my mind. Hope you understand what I am trying to express. I am not abusing due to some reasons. Seats are soooooooooooo uncomfortable instead of travelling in this bus I should have been travelled by my own 11 number bus. Please consider this and take it seriously to avoid such kind of experience with zero rated bus

Worst travel experience with Jogeshwari Travels (Jogeshwari Enterprises).

During my journey from Bhopal to Mumbai, the bus was deliberately stopped at a specific highway restaurant where all food items were ridiculously overpriced. A single tandoori roti was ₹45 (5-star hotel pricing) and dal makhani was ₹230.

Outside, the same food is available at ₹10 for roti and around ₹100 for sabzi, often with better taste and quality. Here, passengers are forced to buy expensive food because there are no other options.

This clearly looks like a commission-based stop where passengers are being exploited. After paying such high ticket fares, this kind of treatment is completely unacceptable.

I strongly advise people to avoid Jogeshwari Travels if possible. Very disappointing and unfair practice.

Extremely poor and unsafe experience…

Extremely poor and unsafe experience with AbhiBus & FlixBus. Despite booking a drop at Secunderabad Railway Station from chennai (Booking ID: AZ57317426**), the staff failed to properly announce or communicate the stop. I was alert, tracking the journey, and listening carefully, yet the stop was missed and I was informed 30 minutes later that it had already been crossed.

The staff gave an irresponsible response and dropped me at an unknown location, asking me to manage on my own. Being alone in an unfamiliar city, this caused severe distress—I was left stranded and crying on the roadside until a stranger helped me.

I raised a complaint, but the response has been unsatisfactory. They Offer ₹250 as compensation... missing my train, losing a working day, and undergoing such mental stress and finally just a call and saying for all this losses 250 rs... While my Uber to that unknown point to next railway station itself cause me 400..

This is clear negligence, lack of responsibility, and a serious risk to passenger safety. Strongly disappointed with the service.

To all girls traveling alone—please think twice before opting for this service.

Non reliable service

Non reliable service, we have booked 7 tickets for our family to travel between Kanyakumari to Kovalam, paid full money to Abhibus on 29.03.26, however, on the vary day of our travel at 5 AM our tickets were cancelled, with an SMS received from the vendor that our tickets were not confirmed. Later we found that our bus tickets were showing alloted to some other people as the the same bus was showing fully booked. This means Abhibus bookings are not honoured by their vendor itself. They just refunded our money leaving us stranded which delayed our travel plan. When complained their team gave fake promises which were never fulfilled. We'll not use this service again especially when travelling with family.
