I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the extremely poor and unprofessional service I experienced on my scheduled journey from Chandigarh to Srinagar with Ram Dalal Bus Service, booked through your platform.
I had made an advance booking through the RedBus app with 100% payment in advance. My travel details are as follows:
PNR: 1154499
Bus Number: UK07PA6520
Driver Contact: 9899880504
Passenger Name: Anjum
On the day of travel, I contacted the driver at around 7:50 PM as per the contact details shared via WhatsApp. He initially informed me of a boarding location and asked me to reach there. I reached the said location around 9:15 PM, however the driver did not respond to my calls.
Later, at around 10:15 PM, he called back and changed the boarding location. I agreed and immediately moved to the new location. After reaching there, the driver again did not respond to my calls. After approximately 20 minutes, he called back and informed me that he had already left the location and could not wait.
Despite repeatedly requesting him to stop or allow me to board, he refused. I later came to know that he had onboarded another passenger without a valid ticket for personal benefit.
When I contacted RedBus customer care and Ram Dalal Bus Service office staff, no proper assistance was provided. Instead of resolving the issue or offering an apology, the driver behaved rudely, used abusive language, and even issued threatening statements such as “Come to Jammu or Srinagar, I will show you.”
This experience was extremely distressing and unacceptable for a frequent traveller like me. It appears that passengers are being misled by accepting advance bookings and then altering routes or boarding arrangements at the last moment for illegal monetary gains.
I request the following actions immediately:
Full refund of my ticket amount.
Strict action against the driver and the bus operator for misconduct and threatening behaviour.
Assurance that such incidents will not happen with other passengers.
If my issue is not resolved promptly, I will be compelled to escalate the matter further through social media platforms and initiate legal proceedings against both RedBus and the bus operator.

Pathetic Service from RedBus
I had booked a bus ticket through RedBus on 4th February 2026 for travel from Mumbai to Shivamogga. Due to traffic congestion near Lonavala, there was no communication or update from the bus operator regarding any change in the schedule.
When I reached the pickup point, I contacted the bus operator and was informed that the bus had been cancelled and that I should contact RedBus for further assistance.
I immediately contacted the RedBus customer care team. One of their executives connected the bus operator on a conference call, during which the operator confirmed that the bus was cancelled. The RedBus executive assured me that a refund would be processed.
However, despite this confirmation, I have still not received my refund. Instead, RedBus is repeatedly closing my support tickets, claiming that the bus operator is now denying that the bus was cancelled and therefore the refund cannot be processed.
This is completely unacceptable. I made the booking through RedBus, and their own customer care executive verified the cancellation with the operator on a conference call. Despite that, no resolution and no refund has been provided till date.
This experience clearly reflects extremely poor customer service and lack of accountability from RedBus.
I strongly advise others to think twice before booking through RedBus, as the customer support is extremely disappointing and unhelpful.

Bus didn’t arrive
Firstly, incredibly unclear which bus station the bus was actually supposed to stop at, out of two possible options in Aluva (Kochi) for the bus to Munnar. Second, the tracking stopped working almost immediately. Third, bus never actually showed up - bus station employee had confidently told me to wait outside 2 hours prior, then when asked again an hour after the bus was supposed to arrive, told me the bus didn’t stop there (at 4am by this point). I had to book an uber or risk being stranded with nowhere to go on the edge of town. Their customer support was absolutely non-existant. DO NOT use redbus unless you can physically see the bus you’re buying a ticket for.

I booked a ferry and needed to cancel and emailed them and went on the help section on the app (which wouldn’t work, there was no option to speak to anybody) I’ve sent countless emails (around 40) to there customer service and they just email me back a generic email saying that my case has been closed but nobody has spoken to me??
I don’t know who to email or contact about this as the supposedly ‘customer support’ isn’t even working.

The Customer Care IVR language is compulsorily Kannada. How stupid is that!
If one is from a different state and calls for help then how is he supposed to understand the menu options and connect with the customer care if he doesn't understand the language.

We booked an M.S. Gajraj bus from Jaipur to Amritsar. There was absolutely no attention given to cleanliness. No one was sitting on their assigned seats — passengers were sitting wherever they found space.
During the journey, the bus did not stop properly anywhere. I requested many times to stop at one place so we could have tea, but they refused. They did not even stop for bathroom breaks.
We did not like their behavior at all. It was very disappointing. We will never choose this bus service again in the future.

whenever i am contacting them they say it has been processed succesfully. Only god and redbus knows where and which account the money has been transferred.

Booked through Redbus – Extremely Unsafe, Unprofessional, and Unreachable UNIVERSAL TRANSPORT SERVICE (UTS)
I booked my tickets through REDBUS.IN for UNIVERSAL TRANSPORT SERVICE (UTS) from Velankanni to Bangalore on 15/02/2026, PNR 154029 & 154028, and this has been one of the worst travel experiences of my life.
1. Delayed Departure & Seat Confusion:
The bus was delayed by nearly one hour without any proper communication. When boarding, seats were duplicated and allotted to multiple passengers, leading to confusion, arguments, and unnecessary stress right at the start of the journey.
2. Poor Hygiene and Amenities:
The bus seats were dirty and stained, completely unhygienic for passengers. There were no blankets or pillows provided for an overnight trip. When asked, the driver said the blankets were “sent for washing” — a completely unacceptable excuse. The AC vent above the seat was broken and stuffed with tissue papers and polythene covers, making the journey extremely uncomfortable. Additionally, no drinking water was provided during the entire trip.
3. Extreme Safety Issues:
At around 2:00 AM, the driver stopped the bus at a remote location for a temple visit, leaving passengers — including children, a newborn baby, elderly passengers, and women — stranded in a dark and isolated area. This was frightening and completely unsafe. On top of that, the driver demanded payment at 2:00 AM, adding to the stress and discomfort.
4. Unprofessional Conduct:
The overall behavior of the staff and the lack of basic amenities reflect gross negligence and unprofessionalism. There was no consideration for passenger safety, comfort, or well-being, which is completely unacceptable for a reputed transport service.
Conclusion:
This journey was unsafe, unhygienic, and poorly managed. I am compelled to share this as a review to warn other passengers. I would strongly advise against traveling with UTS or booking through Redbus until they seriously improve their safety, hygiene, and professionalism standards.
Absolute Nightmare: Bus Left 90 Minutes EARLY with Zero Accountability from RedBus
I have traveled by bus for years, but I have never witnessed such gross incompetence and disregard for a passenger's time.
I booked a ticket for a 10:30 AM departure. At 8:30 AM—barely two hours before my scheduled trip—I received a frantic call from the bus operator stating the bus would now be leaving at 9:00 AM. They effectively demanded I arrive 1.5 hours early with only 30 minutes of notice. This is not a "reschedule"; this is a hijacking of the customer’s time. How do you expect a passenger to drop everything and rush to a boarding point 90 minutes ahead of schedule?
To make matters worse, the customer support from RedBus was abysmal. When I raised an immediate ticket regarding this impossibility, they simply closed the case, stating "feedback has been passed to the bus company." They offered no refund, no alternative, and no help. They acted as a silent spectator while the operator scammed me out of a usable ticket.
Bottom Line: Do not book with this operator, and do not trust RedBus to protect you if things go wrong. This is the definition of irresponsible service.

I book bus 2 time through red bus aap but service is very poor no time table I book bus vapi to delhi bus timing is 21:20pm in vapi but bus reach vapi at 22:40pm and they drop jaipur next day at 20:30pm then they change bus I book single sleeper sheet vapi to delhi but in jaipur they give main chair seating bus and other bus reach jaipur at 22:45 pm then you guys think when I book bus then thay showing time 21:20pm vapi to next day 23:30pm delhi but next day bus leave jaipur 22:45pm then how bus reach only 45 min delhi to jaipur its totally scam in future I never book through red bus and I not recommend any one to book bus through redbos aap
