Refused to prescribe, did not provide reason

Ordered a prescription for adalapene to help with my rosacea as the weaker otc version helps.
Redbox refused to prescribe, took $25, and did not provide a reason for refusal. I called and got a refund. They were nice about it and said that doctors are required to provide a reason.
My reply to redbox's reply:
I received a message stating it was denied. The doctor should've provided the reason then, not having me navigate your website looking for clues. I went to your competition and was prescribed without a hassle. Have a nice day.

NO HELP. Then take money.

Filled out symptom questionnaire with obvious signs of sinus infections. I am a nurse. Maxillary pressure. Post nasal drip etc. Dr did not prescribe antibiotic and said to see a doctor in several days. The whole reason of this platform is to not have to go see a doctor in person. Pay money for what???? No help.

It is a very good service—fast

It is a very good service—fast, straightforward, and completely hassle-free. Excellent for those moments when you truly need an important medication urgently. I had a virtual doctors appointment on…

I had a virtual doctors appointment on Wednesday, the doctor confirmed that I would receive my prescription within three days. It has been three days and my prescription hasn’t even shipped out. I would not recommend this place if you need a script immediately. There is no sense of urgency and customer service takes over two days to respond to emails.

Pretty straight forwars process.

One thing they can improve on is the explanation of the live video assessment. I got the link but they didn’t indicate how the physician would contact me. I pressed the link and it went to a video conferencing website but no indication about how to get in touch. The physician was 4 minutes late to the conference and I was bit worried.

I made 3 calls to ask for directions.

The process was super easy

The process was super easy. The medication was prescribed literally 10 minutes after I filled out the request. Also, the price for the medication was the best ( I did some research prior)

First time customer - mixed feelings

It took a bit. The site is confusing and difficult to use. It took several attempts to get the order placed and even then I had to contact customer service to see if the order was in the system. There shipping does accept po boxes for delivery. my apt has no mail box, i supplied a ship to address. It says its on its way, I hope they got it right. 🤔

Easy for refilling existing prescriptions without having to have an in person visit. Due to its limitations, be sure to be well educated about prescriptions.

The majority of our orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of payments made Monday through Friday. Per our website "USPS estimates but does not guarantee delivery at 2-5 business days. Delivery times may be increased during holidays or periods of high package volume".

We do offer expedited shipping through the UPS as well for an additional cost. Please note, payment for expedited shipping must be charged by 8am CST Monday through Friday to be eligible to be shipped the same day. Payments charged after 8am CST may not be picked up from the pharmacy until the following day. It is important to know that UPS considers the first business day the day after the package is picked up from our pharmacy and only includes Monday through Friday.

Should you need to start your treatment right away, you always have the choice to pick your medication up at a local pharmacy. You would not be eligible for the discounted provider visit price when you choose to use our pharmacy, but this would ensure you receive your prescription much more quickly.

Taking your money.

If you need help with a sinus infection please go elsewhere! I've used RedBox rx for medications, and recently tried twice using them for sinus infection. Both times was told they wouldn't help before you had the symptoms over 7 days. Yesterday was very sick, and told this again. However went to urgent care who told me had I waited another day it would have gone to my chest and had bronchitis as well. They just take your money and don't help. No other doctor would tell you such a thing.
