***Avoid Wondershare Recoverit.***
I bought Wondershare Recoverit to recover important audio files based on its advertised claims. Instead, it recovered only file names, most folders were empty, and the few recovered audio files were corrupted and unusable.
What's misleading is that you cannot verify whether recovered files actually work without paying for the full version. File names and previews prove nothing.
When I requested a refund because the software failed to do what it promises, customer support avoided the real issue and kept delaying the process. They even asked me to upload evidence, but their own website doesn't support uploading the required files.
In my experience, the advertised refund policy is not as customer-friendly as it appears. I lost both my money and my important recordings.
Please research carefully and read independent reviews before purchasing. My experience with both the software and customer support was extremely disappointing.

Highly recommend Wondershare Recoverit!
Wondershare Recoverit has literally saved the day! I'd literally given up hope of retrieving over 7,000 photos that I had saved on a phone SD memory card. The card must have been damaged or slightly corrupted as I could still view the photos, but tried every way that I knew to transfer/download the photos from the card on to my laptop/external hard drive/Google photos, but it just did not work. Then I discovered Wondershare Recoverit and I have now managed to retrieve and transfer most of the photos on to my laptop, which I will now backup elsewhere! This is fantastic and I'm soooo relieved to have discovered Wondershare Recoverit. Would highly recommend.

This product is a no-brainer, and will even surprise you; somehow, an 8 GB SD card, although formatted, still held 31 GB of data. Remember the card is only 8GB so how it is stored beyond that is something you become aware of when you have this software. A card has maximum storage, but it seemingly stores a lot more than you would ever know unless you have this software,

Would be better if you offer a cheaper plan maybe something like one time recover or something a bit cheaper. I only needed it to get few videos.
