I opened a 1 year savings bond with a top rate and it took less than two minutes to complete the online application form. I paid money into the account and was immediately notified by email that the money had arrived in the account. Easy to open.

Used this bank for the first time (had never heard of them before) as their fixed term savings rate was very competitive.After considerable research I took the plunge and I'm so glad I did.
The application for the account was simple and straightforward and all their emails very helpful and concise.
I needed to speak to an advisor during the setting up process and she was incredibly helpful.
