Being able to phone and quite quickly speak to a human. Very helpful operators. Very easy to transfer money from my bank, and Recognise immediately let you know you've deposited money by message and email. The rate is good too!

gave four stars as it was pretty straight forward to set up.
not been with them for a month yet so cannot comment on the bank and savings account to early yet

Activating the account was a…nightmare.
Activating the account was a nightmare.The system would not accept anything that was fed into it!However the member of staff managed to sort it out for us,otherwise I would have asked for a full refund.Spending half a day on the task was ridiculous.

Savings Account
I found it difficult to understand in the App that I had to open a current account (which I didn't want) and chose a Debit Card (I didn't want one) before I could open a savings account.
To fund the savings account you pay into the current account and then move the money into the savings account. You can't pay directly into the savings account.
