I received unprofessional spam mail from ReclaimNow, via Sagacity Solutions, stating I may be entitled to significant car finance compensation (I have never taken out car finance). It was clear from the envelope that Sagacity know the data they're using is inaccurate. Such unsolicited mailing is well below the standards to be expected from a firm of solicitors regulated by the SRA.

So tried to call this company no number !. Keep getting letters from them!. If they did their homework they would know I DO NOT DRIVE ! NEVER HAVE NEVER WILL!. DONT HOLD A LICENSE .
Please stop all letters or I will complain .
How have I called you a scam company . Read the review not once does it say anything like that .

I need to clarify how a letter from ReclaimNow.com on their letterhead was posted to my son's personal address advising him that ''he may have a car finance claim'' where he does not even own a car.
The envelope states in bold ''you could be owed significant compensation..
This immediately raises hope for financial relief from tough financial times and gives false hope.
Such unnecessary spam. Unsolicited and unwanted.

Reclaimnow have been wonderful from first taking on my claim to now. It’s just a case now of the lenders getting a move on, but optimistic reclaimnow will get the job done

Just received a letter addressed to my late husband - he died in 2011.
No date on letter; the envelop looked fresh and not beeing doing the rounds since 2011.
Not sure where they would have got his name from and I do know he never had car finance.
Before sending out mail shots you should check the status of a person, living or deceased, as it can be quite distressing even after all this time

Thanks for your diligent service so far going where I would not know where to tread. Thanks.

Positive experience so far - kept informed with little intrusion. Need to wait til November

The company is really acting quickly. I went to their website yesterday filled the information. Today I found outthat my finance agreement about my car finance from the past was located. Quite happy about.

What a great company. I've never had an experiance like this with any company before. From my initial contact, I received an acknowledgement email explaining the process and then two days after that another email confirming the agreements found in my name. Thank you for such a smooth process. I will now await your further correspondence and process update.

Communication good. Need to proceed with claim before another review

Thanks for responding to my previous review.
I can't see the point of providing the name and postcode for the letter I received just so that your partner Sagacitysolutions can suppress that name and address from future mailings.
The issue is that nobody of that name has ever lived at my address. It looks as though Sagacitysolutions made up the name and makes a habit of mailing non-existent people at genuine addresses in the hope of getting a response that will help them capture more data.
The fact that they print 'Intended recipient not living at this address' instructions in bold on the back of the envelope, asking for more information, shows how they operate.
You are a registered company (though with an active proposal to strike off); do you not see a problem with operating like this?
Good morning, apologies for any inconvenience caused. Appreciate you don't wish to provide us any details but if you could contact us at feedback at reclaimnow.com just providing the name of the intended recipient and your postcode this will help us investigate this further with our data supplier and ensure these details are suppressed from their records. Kind Regards The ReclaimNOW Team

sent marketing spam about car finance to somebody who lived at our address 10 years ago and could not drive.

Scam! Received this pile of shite in the mail. My maiden name was used, changed it 12 years ago. I've never had car finance in my life. Stop wasting peoples time!

These guys seem to be very effective and so far have been extremely good at keeping me informed about my claim.

Another claim result for Reclaimnow. I am always grateful to be kept in the loop as to investigations and what happens next.

So far all they've done is finding my previous car finance & that is a 4 star for them the now.
