Comments on both contacts I have had.
Both contacts I have had were very helpful. My only negative point was that the phone connection was not very clear, with regular short cutouts and clicking happening. This makes things a little difficult when trying hard to understand an English dialect you are not familiae with, while also trying to understand a system one is not familiar with. But your personnel are very aware of speaking too fast and patiently tried to speak as clearly as possible to this computer tech novice. I thank them for their patience with me. Marie Peard.

hey rekon don't sell me a product and…
hey rekon don't sell me a product and mid game move the goal posts. so my wife and accountant have to each pay 900 dollars because you introduce an MFA .and also don't give the ability to revoke the MFA when i tried 3 times by clicking on the revoke tab and it doesn't work. your attempts at extorsion will be met with losing a customer as i hope many others do.

The introduction of mandatory MFA to Hosted is a compliance requirement however its important to note, this hasn't changed anything around the terms of licences.
A Reckon Accounts Hosted licence is specific to the individual and isn't designed to be shared among multiple people much like other online accounts you may have.
Typically an accountant has their own Hosted account/licence (separate from any client accounts) as opposed to logging into a client's account using their user name/password. A client can then share their files to the accountant's own Hosted account, (which will have its own individual MFA) which they can use to open and work on the file.
