Help is always there.
On the few occasions I have had a problem with Reckon accounts online, I have been able to have my issue addressed in a timely manner by the support staff. They have always been patient and courteous. The remote access control has been very beneficial as I am no tech guru, but they are able to assess and fix quickly and efficiently enabling me to get on with my bookkeeping.

Upgrade Problem.
I was having a problem downloading and upgrading to Reckon Small Business 2023. The tech who assisted me was excellent. He was very patient with a non technically minded person. After a long phone call Piyush got me through the download and together we successfully installed the new version which is working perfectly.
