Brilliant service and price
As a Charity we are always looking for ways to keep our costs low and we found Re-CAL Ltd for the calibration of a PAT tester at an excellent price. A query we had was answered very promptly by Jamie who was also very supportive of us as a charity.
The Tester was delivered to Re-CAL on the Monday morning and we received it back Tuesday afternoon, brilliant service.
Would highly recommend, if only more companies could be like this.

Super fast turn-around
I took my multifunction tester to the local Post Office, complete with a pre-paid label, and it was delivered back to me three and a half working days later, having been calibrated. And all at a very competetive price; I shall certainly be using Re-CAL in the future.

Whilst we cannot control users email accounts putting mail into spam, we are working on the site within our own system to try and further minimise this issue as much as possible.

Very good service and turnaround, the only thing that lets them down is the courier service “Royal mail” other than that I’d recommend them.

Hi David. Thank you for your kind review. We love feedback good and bad. We use Royalmail as UPS our standard courier isn't really kitted out for domestic deliveries and other providers have let us down. Royalmail have in general terms been the most reliable. Im afraid its the only part of our service we can't fully control.

Recalibration of MFT
The drop off and recalibration of my MFT was very easy to arrange and I was only without it for 3 days, as it was collected and returned by the fast post office parcel service.
The communications were all very good and relevant, including the email reminder for the recalibration!
I was very impressed with the service ReCal provided.

Looking for a new battery holder on my…
Looking for a new battery holder on my DL9309 multimeter, google brought me to Re-Cal. I ordered a part which was the wrong part number. I should have checked, I just presumed my search gave me the correct part. All my fault . Realising shortly after I sent an email. Soon after I got a reply saying then may be able to help having some of the parts on scrap units . I got an instant refund which I wasn’t going to ask for, as I was still getting a battery compartment. Then a call of a very friendly gent called Paul. Customer service like this is extremely rare, couldn’t do enough and sent the part free of charge to my address of which I received 2 days later . Can’t recommend this company enough and now know my first port of call in the future . The part sent free is like new, again many thanks Mark
