Slow turnaround Not a UKAS accredited company either
Slow turnaround, mainly down to Royal Mail system.
Software updates were included in the price, but no mention of this being carried out in the paperwork returned with the unit.
Looking at the actual tolerances on some of measured results, Vs acceptable limits, some of the acceptable bands are so huge it would be hard to imagine it ever failing calibration.
Although the price charged by Dilog and their dealers for these MFT testers is far from budget, kinda left feeling rather disappointed with the manufacturers (Dilog) own calibration company, who may calibrate to UKAS accredited traceable standards, but don't even have a "real" UKAS accredited ISO 9001 certificate themselves.
I expect most of their customers wouldn't even know the difference, they just want to tick a box on their paperwork to say they have had their equipment "calibrated"

Hi Neil We are sorry that the Royal Mail part of our service didn't meet your expectations. As for the ISO 9001 accreditation. We can assure that ReCAL Ltd who is the calibration division of DiLOG is fully accredited to ISO9001:2015. We are unsure in what capacity you are referring. Also, as for every model and manufacturer of test equipment, the calibration procedures are written directly to their specifications. We will look at your concerns and as we offer a no quibble guarantee will refund your charge based on the slow turn around because of the Royal Mail service.

First experience in having a Pat Testing device calibrated - Will def recommend / reuse Re-Cal. Great service, super slick process making great use of logistics and coms. And in fairness kudos to Royal Mail also for the bit in-between here and there. Thanks

I went to RE-Cal for Calibration of a PAT device, they were extremely helpful and efficient, they were able to do the Calibration while I waited. The cost was very reasonable.
Overall a great experience will go again.

Brilliant service and price
As a Charity we are always looking for ways to keep our costs low and we found Re-CAL Ltd for the calibration of a PAT tester at an excellent price. A query we had was answered very promptly by Jamie who was also very supportive of us as a charity.
The Tester was delivered to Re-CAL on the Monday morning and we received it back Tuesday afternoon, brilliant service.
Would highly recommend, if only more companies could be like this.
