As first time buyers we were nervous and unsure how the process works. We came across Rebus online and thought we would enquire. We spoke to a lovely gentleman called Ben and now 2 months later our mortgage has been accepted. We can’t thank Ben enough he truly is amazing at what he does and I would recommend him to anyone. He was so attentive and helpful and always there if we needed him even if he wasn’t at work! We were so lucky to have him help us and the whole process has just been so smooth, quick and stress free. Thanks Ben!!!

We had 2 people doing our remortgage, every question we had was answered by their wonderful team. The people looking after us were Neezam and Joy. They have been wonderful help and getting everything sorted.

One of the "extra-bonuses", Lee and Joy helped find a proper Solicitor (best in class experience) and were with me during the whole journey, even chasing property agents and seller's solicitors.

Considering this was our first time applying for a mortgage and buying a house - we were made to feel nothing but ease. Everything we asked to Lee was answered straight away! No making us feel stupid for not knowing. Always helped to find us the best deals for what we needed. Nothing was too much trouble.

My experience with Rebus has been nothing short of fantastic! My mortgage was coming up for renewal in the next 6 months, and with all the uncertainity with interest rates I contacted Neezam for some mortgage advice. Neezam was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through the whole process to try and find me the best deal. He managed to secure me a rate I would have been unable to get on my own and it was approved in just over 10 days. Once my mortgage had been submitted, Joy kept me updated every step of the process and was never left wondering the status of my application. Neezam has been absolutely fantastic guiding us through the process of buying our first home, so much more than just helping with our mortgage application. The team at Rebus were very quick to respond to any queries and were extremely attentive when we really needed them. The process from a legal end was terrible for us the only element of our house move that was seamless was the work completed by Rebus.

A credit to the industry, there are still some companies out there that pride themselves on CS and these guys are 100% that.

Rebus was excellent at every point of the journey to buying my first home. The process was explained simply and all of my questions were answered in detail, transparently and we were able to have a laugh which is always a win for me! After having a bad experience trying to buy a house previously we decided to go with an independant mortgage broker and we spoke to Ben. On first impressions he was very informative but not pushy. The process took a long time not because of Ben he was very efficient but because we just couldn't find a suitable property. However he kept checking in with us to see if we needed any assistance and to offer advice. He helped us with our mortgage and so it was ready to go when we did find our house. The whole process was smooth and both him and Erika were really good at communication. We are both so pleased with Rebus and don't think we would have become homeowners without their expertise.
