This is the second time I have used them now. My laptop stopped working and they arranged to collect it from work as part of the payment and fixed it quickly. Great service, quick and reliable. An excellent customer experience - well done.

Rebootthat.com have repaired my laptop twice (unrelated issues). Both times they arranged to pick up and drop off the machine at my place of work for a fixed fee, and as the second repair did not require any new parts I only paid the fee that time. The fee includes a virus scan and general clean-up. They are very easy to deal with (I liaised directly with the same guy by email each time) and tell you the exact time that they are going to turn up to collect/deliver. They dealt with both issues quickly and comprehensively, and I would definitely use them again if the laptop continues to cause problems! I have used other providers in the past who were much less effective and easy to deal with.

After running OK for several weeks, Windows 10 failed, & I could simply not get into my desktop computer at all, leaving me digitally helpless!. I got in touch with "Reboot That" via Google, & they collected my PC from central London (& returned it) for a modest charge. They quickly diagnosed a broken hard disc, which they replaced more or less at cost; & then reinstalled Win 7 (which I can upgrade to 10, free, in due course). They also retrieved all my personal docs, which I had thought lost - though fortunately I also had a fairly recent back-up memory stick. The total charge for labour was very modest for such a vital service. My only reservations are a 3 day delay in initial collection due to staff training; & a seeming reluctance of the company to phone rather than email.

As soon as I contacted Reboot that, there was quick service. He solved all of my software and hardware issues for a low cost!

Collected, completely fixed (from a point where it wouldn't turn on) and returned within two days for the most reasonable price I could find in London. Brilliant!

I used Reboot That as my laptop was not even starting up and it was way beyond my amateur repair skills. Kevin at Reboot That replied to my e-mails within the hour, every time, and kept me up to date on everything that was going on. The computer was collected from my work on the Monday and returned to me by 3pm on the Thursday. The computer has been working incredibly well since it was returned and I would definitely recommend Reboot That to anyone needing a laptop repair.

after contemplating buying a new laptop as my old one was so slow and malfunctioning I thought I'd try and get it repaired. Contacted Reboot and they immediately responded with a very competitive quote. They arranged pick up via courier and kept me informed of progress via e mail over the next 48 hours. Returned super fast laptop back much to my satisfaction and appreciation. Reboot contact (Kevin) was excellent - definitely recommend.

I had Rebootthat fix a laptop which had become virus infected - the laptop was collected promptly, the job completed within 3 days (along with optimisation which has made it run more quickly) and the laptop delivered back to me. Excellent service.
