Our compliance costs have increased this year due to AML and sanctions screening requirements for certain routes. As a result, we have had to adjust the service fee for smaller orders.
Regarding the negative reward, it appears that order RWGLQ1 dated 17 August 2025 received a $3.00 reward due to a system error. This was later corrected automatically, which resulted in the negative reward balance you saw.
The adjustment should now be settled, and future orders will only be subject to the standard service fee.
