I have been using Real life legacy to set up a family will
And lasting powers of attorney agreements. From the very beginning my case has been managed by Mr Alec Edge. His approach to the customer is exceptional, he goes to the greatest lengths to ensure the customer understands fully all of the options available and the due processes. He does not rest until he is absolutely satisfied that the customer is 100% happy and fully understands everything that has been discussed or arranged. He makes frequent follow up phone calls to update the customer and to make sure they are happy and everything is up to date.
You cannot ask for a better or more professional service than that provided by Real Life Legacy.
I personally want to express my sincere thanks and gratitude to Alec Edge and the rest of his colleagues.

A person associated with this firm contacted me and somehow trusts in wills were discussed. As this idea was relevant I gave the matter thought but after speaking to a relative who had been in a solicitors' practise for 40 years, decided against going forward and emailed the person I had been speaking to to let him know. I straightaway received a phone call and after an hour of discussion he said that "for a peppercorn" he would send me, as I understood, the basic details of a trust, and the sensible suggestions he had seen for improving the wording of my will. The 'peppercorn' amount was £200, which I paid. Immediately after the call I emailed him to point out that no decision on going ahead would be made until I had the agreement of the trustees of my will to these courses of action. Very quickly I received in the post what was simply a schedule showing the contact details of the executors and beneficiaries of my will but no documentation regarding the proposed trusts only the details of the properties to be put in trust. Nor were any of the suggested revisions to the will shown. Further, this document stated that it was in response to my order, that the person I had been speaking to was henceforth to be my financial adviser, and that no monies could be taken from the trust to pay for medical or educational expenses, none of which had been discussed, still less agreed. I wrote and asked for all or part of the £200 to be returned. It was. But beware! In a response to the above just received the company are persisting in considering that I had placed an order with them and that"as it was within my cooling-off period" I was given a refund when I asked. I MUST repeat that I gave no order, but agreed that I would allow the person I had dealings with to send me the information I mention above, but which did not happen. I still consider that it appears very much like an attempt to railroad me into an agreement and contract despite my careful provision that nothing would go forward until the trusts and will changed had ben agreed with the executors of my will, and that there were provisos in the schedule sent me that I had not been told about and which I had not agreed.

I was very happy with this friendly and professional service, Alic phoned me often to make Shure everything was going to my satisfaction and every step of the way was explained very well, I was able to phone them as often as I needed to or was unsure about anything, I do not think I would have received this amount of attention to detail from my solicitors.

I enjoyed talking to Tom about setting up a joint Will, as he was very helpful and patient with all my questions and making the changes I requested.
The other members of the team were also professional, and the paperwork was clear to follow.
I have already recommended Real Life Legacy to a couple of my neighbours, so I'm sure they will be as happy as I was with the service.

It has been an amazing experience for me to have my will written by this company, expensive but it depends what you want from it and that information satisfied me and my needs to protect my family and myself in the course of time. All and all quiet complicated but I’m satisfied with the help and advice given to what I’ve requested. Thank you
