I purchased items online and when I contacted customer service as I had not received a dispatch notice, they refunded me straight away and asked me to submit the order again, which I did. I received the items on the day specified at the time of order and the items are perfect and as described - very good quality. I got great assistance from customer service as soon as I contacted them and am delighted with the service received overall.
Ordered from there online store on the 21/8/26. Only received a confirmation email. When I emailed several times inquiring about the order no reply.

More than 10 days later de deadline of delivery and still waiting for my order delivery tracking number. They don't send anythings to say sorry we are late. When you send an email no answer...

SCAMMERS - This football club are absolute scammers. They will steal your money. I got a membership card when I was there for one football game and called up immediately to cancel it. They assured me it was cancelled 6 months later they took another £45 from my account. I have been now going back and forward not only to get my money back but to cancel the membership AGAIN. When you call up they just hang up the phone on you and via email they just keep repeating themselves saying they cannot cancel it now as should have been done before may. However not only did I do it 6 months prior to May they are saying they now cannot cancel my renewal and need to wait until next may - sorry what? the website is useless as well does not work and the customer service is A JOKE. Do not visit this club or give them your card details or anything as they WILL STEAL from you and are un-willing to help. I have spent weeks going back and forward.
