poor delivery and response from customer service
I had ordered and paid for two padel bats, but for unknown reasons I have only received 1. Immediately after I opened the package and saw that only 1 bat had been delivered, I contacted allforpadel. I have yet to receive an answer as to whether the missing bat will be credited or forwarded. So for now I do not have positive feedback on the customer service.

Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever, waited my racket for 2 weeks and they told me that my racket was sent to Londonderry instead of London because the postcode was incorrect when transferred to the transport company, which I do believe it’s the shipping company’s mistake. But then instead of issuing a refund immediately, they said need to wait for the racket to return to them???!! I paid €191 and have no racket sent to me, back and forth emails over nothing and still need to wait god knows how long to refund me?!! This is just ridiculous and no compensation whatsoever, I just paid €191 to have this hassle. Please everyone avoid ordering from this website especially if you do not live in EU countries. The shipping company has so many bad reviews for sending parcels to the wrong address and they are still using it, this makes no sense and they should be held responsible.

From our side, we did everything possible by contacting the shipping company to correct it, but it was not possible, which is why the initial communication may have seemed unclear or general.
We want to inform you that we have received confirmation that the return is on its way, and as soon as it arrives at our facilities, we will immediately process the refund of €191.

Really not great, took a while to ship and now has been sent to a completely different address and it’s taking an age to get the courier to change it back to the correct address. Absolute nightmare.

Fast delivery, awesome racket
The racket arrived in a week or so, which is great considering I'm not in a EU country. Perfect condition, has a date of manufacture, which is great considering it was 50% off and I was scared it would be a very old stock.
I am very pleased with my purchase and I WILL order again when I get strong enough for a heavier racket. :)
