Regular customer - very happy with customer service

I've ordered from Readoptics twice in the past with no problems and am very happy with them. I placed a third order for 3 pairs of glasses but, unfortunately, one of the pairs was not the correct pair. I contacted customer service and they were very quick to respond and identify the problem (a misreading of the model reference) and so sent out the correct pair with no fuss.
