They take people money without their consent but atleast they are able to refund back your money when you cancel.

They helped me cancel my subscription in less than an hour, and they will give me my refund for a misunderstanding. Thanks to alhby, who was the one who helped me with the process.

My card was automatically deducted on May 12, 2025 for a payment of subscription which was a misunderstanding at the very start of my transaction with Readermonthly. I requested for a cancellation of that subscription and fortunately, my concern and request was responded positively. I was offered with a refund which I gladly accepted and now waiting for the actual application of the refund.

Service was fast, so helpful and Doris was patient with me even though I was in a rush haha.

The professional Ann was the only one who was willing to get my refund back, after the error, as they took money from my card without my consent.
