Unfortunately it's REALLY hard to sell

Unfortunately it's REALLY hard to sell something here.
I've uploaded many songs on this site but i never received 1 single play.
Not even a single person came to my page, not even to look at it!!
It's a great waste of time if you want to sell something, cause, probably this site is not advertising the "small artists" enough.

Only got half an album - no customer service

I bought and downloaded an album but when I opened the download there was only half the album. I contacted the artist twice and bandcamp support twice. I have heard nothing. What’s the point in having customer service if you don’t even respond? Now I have half an album which I overpaid for - not a good experience and will not be using again
