Friendly helpful staff and Michael was very good and had our washing machine working again in no time at all Thanks also to Domestic and General for using such an efficient company.

I have no hesitation in awarding the engineers who came to Repair my fridge and freezer a full five stars. Both engineers were pleasant, courteous, efficient and effective. The first Engineer diagnosed the problem I was being a thermostat. He did not have a replacement and organised the second Engineer to come with the replacement. Both jobs took approximately 15 minutes and the second Engineer waited for some time to ensure the fridge was working as as well as the deep freeze. Really excellent service.

This company is excellent. Quick turnaround. Domestic and General booked them and they diagnosed fault and came back 2 days later with part. Hotpoint kept cancelling appointment and thankfully Domestic and General asked this company to come out and do repair. Very happy. This company is excellent.the communication of keeping you up to date is excellent too. Ryan was excellent but felt sorry for him as he had to work with two broken fingers.

Very arrogant on the phone when asked to go around the back of the building when the engineer tried to buzz the front door after telling him the buzzer doesn’t work., he then replaced the agitator with him, the washing machine, but did not screw it in from the inside, leaving the loose screw from the old agitator still in the Drum Which creates scratching and rattling noises when on a spin still. Was in and out of the house within about four minutes. I had pulled the washing machine out for easy access for the engineer, and he did not even even bother putting the washing machine back.

Engineer named Zak visited to fix the fridge freezer. The guy was very professional and nice. Not only he fixed the issue he also guided us how to prevent it happening.

Came when they said they would, did the job, cleaned up after themselves. Polite and charming.

I've had Zak out repairing my washing machine & he was great. Very professional & friendly. He is doing a great job. Overall this is a great company who kept me updated with progress every step of the way. If only every company was like this. Well done guys

Good communication from reporting the repair to part being fitted

Zak was great and explained everything and left the place clean and tidy.

Job was completed to a very high standard and I was particularly impressed with the engineers Liam and Gary. They were professional, courteous and took the time to explain everything clearly. They even repaired the doors to the appliance that weren’t aligned properly by my kitchen fitters.
Nicola in the office was amazing too. Her excellent customer service made the whole experience very positive.
I would not hesitate to recommend this company.
