Scammers
Scammers, He failed to ship my package TWICE! then gave me a half refund, I told paypal I want full refund and they took all the money to His paypal.

Mr. Benyamin placed an order which was shipped twice in good faith. Both shipments were stopped due to Israeli customs/government restrictions, which is an external factor completely outside of my control. At the time the packages were stopped, the goods were already shipped and irretrievably lost, resulting in a direct financial loss to me.
Despite these losses, I still attempted to resolve the matter professionally. I offered to ship the order a third time, again at my own operational risk. Mr. Benyamin refused this option and instead demanded a refund.
In accordance with my clearly stated Terms of Service, I issued a refund excluding shipping costs, as shipping fees are non-refundable once labels are purchased and packages are shipped. This policy was known and accepted at the time of purchase.
After receiving the refund, Mr. Benyamin escalated the matter by filing a payment dispute, attempting to recover both the original payment and the refunded amount, effectively seeking approximately 1.8 times the amount he originally paid. This constitutes an unjust and improper attempt to gain financially beyond any legitimate claim.
I submitted all documentation, tracking records, communications, and Terms of Service to PayPal. PayPal ruled in my favor, confirming that I acted correctly and within my stated policies.
However, despite ruling in my favor, PayPal subsequently banned my account due to the nature of the products sold and withheld the disputed funds. As a result:
• Mr. Benyamin did not recover additional funds beyond what he was already refunded.
• I lost the products, paid shipping costs twice, refunded part of the payment, and then lost access to the remaining funds.
The final outcome is that both parties received nothing, but my financial loss is significantly greater, as I lost inventory, shipping fees, and withheld funds, while Mr. Benyamin bore no comparable loss.
To be clear:
• The shipment failures were not caused by me.
• I fulfilled my obligations multiple times.
• I followed my Terms of Service precisely.
• I refunded appropriately.
• I prevailed in the official dispute.
• Any remaining loss is the result of platform policy, not wrongdoing on my part.
Accordingly, any claim that I acted unfairly, dishonestly, or improperly is factually incorrect and unsupported by the evidence.
This matter should be considered fully resolved.
