Ordered 10 mg Reta, package lost for a problem with the shipment, Boris arranged himself the new delivery and sent a 40mg vial with BAC free, I have to say the service is impeccable, I will order again. After 2 weeks my lab rat noticed huge appetite suppression especially, with noticeable amount of fat loss.

It's been a week since my shipment was marked as sent. However, it never arrived at PostNL. I had this issue before and Boris resolved it. Maybe he's not available at the moment as I haven't been able to get a reply from him for the last 3 days.

Update: Boris contacted me and will resend. Regarding feedback "that the emails were sent over the weekend"and "Boris had already arranged the reshipment before the initial review was posted." Unfortunately, I didn't get any e-mails. So for everyone else out there, be more patient than me, Boris is fixing everything 😉

I also see now that shipment was received by carrier March 24th. So everything looks good now 👍

This was my first time ordering here. Unfortunately, there was a glitch with the payment, but customer service was very helpful. Delivery was very fast. I even got a little bonus with my order—thanks again for that. 🤗 The peptides dissolve nicely, and the solution is clear. The selection is huge. This definitely won’t be my last order.

I have ordered twice of Rcpeptides Boris is legit and the product is good. First order went very smoothly, the second one had a lot of problems, problems that Boris can’t control, product being damaged and lost. Boris being very kind offered free reship, but now he doesn’t answer my emails and I assume nothing has been shipped. I just want to write this so I can know if I need to buy the product again or just wait, Been a long time now.

Rcpeptides sell quality products that provide results. I am also very happy with their customer service. Deliveries don’t take more than a week, max two, to Italy.

Boris was fast in responding with a solution and last time it happened had also a gift included; even tough the fault was with the post. I’m writing this review because I’ve ordered from rcpeptides.com several times and my experience has been very positive. I’ve tried different products and all of them have worked very well according to my expectations.

In my last order there was a mix-up with the shipment, but the support team handled it quickly. The correct product was sent out again right away. They also allowed me to keep the product that was sent by mistake as a gift.

Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and communication. I would recommend the site to anyone interested in research products.

I’ve ordered from RC Peptides multiple times now and I honestly only have positive experiences. Every order arrives well packed and they even include a handwritten card, which is a really nice personal touch that you rarely see anymore. On several occasions I also received extra milligrams or even completely free products, which really shows they appreciate their customers. What also stands out is the customer service, because whenever I send an email I always get a quick and friendly response. My last order actually got lost during shipping, which of course can happen sometimes, but the way they handled it was impressive. As soon as I contacted them they immediately took action and sent a replacement free of charge, and on top of that they even upgraded my 10 mg Retatrutide to 30 mg, which was completely unexpected and very generous. Because of experiences like this I honestly don’t really understand some of the negative reviews, since in my experience they are always friendly, helpful, and any issues get solved quickly. But I guess that’s just how it is sometimes, there will always be a few sour apples out there. Highly recommended from my side :)

I placed an order on February 22 (Order #3365). I received the confirmation email, and about a week later I was informed that the package had been lost, which I found quite unusual. I was then told that a replacement order would be sent on Thursday since the original one had been lost.

However, as of today I have not received any confirmation, no tracking number, and I am still waiting for the order. It’s quite disappointing because I was really excited to place my first order after reading many positive reviews, but at this point I’m not sure what to expect.

UPDATE: Thank you for the update regarding my order. I will be more than happy to update my review once I have received it. Thank you, and I will be waiting for its arrival.

Everything was fine with the first order. Now my second order was announced to be shipped but never made it to the shipping company. I haven't received any response to my mails or support tickets since a week. Shipping info wasn't updated or has changed, nor did I receive any explanation what's the reason of the delay or get my money back.

UPDATE: I didn't receive any mail from them and no one answers to any communication except here. Please check order number #3367, there was no mail. It's more than frustrating that there is no communication, I dont know if they just cant handle their service properly or if it is a scam.

SECOND UPDATE: There seems to be something happening :) A parcel is apparently on its way.
Will update when it has arrived.

Hey Boris, I really appreciate your updates here, but please check your e-mail client, I swear I haven't received any of these mails. I also double checked everything, including spam mails and my mail address in your system, so it should be absolutely possible to get mails from you. Somebody else here claimed, that he doesn't get your mails too, so maybe it is just an IT failure.

I’ve ordered from RCPeptides many times before and everything always went perfectly, so when my latest order had an issue it was the first time I ever experienced a problem. My track & trace stayed stuck on “label created, not at PostNL yet,” and it turned out the package had been lost by the shipping carrier. As soon as I contacted their customer service, they replied almost immediately and opened a case with PostNL right away. Within two days I got an update that the package was officially lost, but they were already arranging a completely free replacement order for me. That level of service is something I honestly haven’t seen in a long time. Super professional, fast, and very customer-focused. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
