Dissapointed with attitude
Having hired so many bins over the past year, and having also not had a issue when the bin could not be picked up on the correct day due to staff shortages for my colleague to be talked to quiet rudely when asking for an extra week and charged.. guess being flexable only goes one way

Absolutely first class experience
Absolutely first class experience. I rang and spoke to Sue and she made it easy. The skip came early in the morning and we arranged for a pick up several days later (at the time of booking) and by 7 am that day it was done. I will definitely use again. Very impressed

Great Customer Service
