I used Rayna Travel to apply for a uae…
I used Rayna Travel to apply for a uae visit visa. I am a us permanent resident and was able to present bank balance > $200k. They claimed visa was denied. All I got was a strange looking Whatsapp screenshot as proof. Agent said for security reasons, they can't share my own application, visa tracking ID or rejection letter with me. I contacted consulate and visa center. My name was not in the system and they confirmed there is always a rejection letter issued.
This is definitive proof they just scammed me for the >$200 they charged as fee.
I had to reroute all my tickets costing me over 2000 USD. Don't trust this agency!!
I contacted the email months ago and got no reply

WORST experience with RAYNA TOURS
had the WORST experience with Rayna Tours. I applied for a tourist visa through them, and it was a complete SCAM. First, the person I contacted on WhatsApp turned out to be just a bot, not a real representative. Despite this, I proceeded and made the payment, submitting all my documents as requested.
After that, they completely disappeared—no responses, no updates, nothing! I kept following up, but they ignored my messages. After a whole week, I finally got a reply saying my visa was rejected—without any proof of rejection or even confirmation that they had actually applied for it!
No documents, no transparency, just a vague response and a complete lack of professionalism. This company is a total waste of time and money. Their service is absolutely ZERO!
PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL! Don’t fall for their scam. Avoid Rayna Tours at all costs! NO VISA! NO DUBAI TOURS!!!!!

ticket invalid and they are fraud
I am reaching out regarding an issue with the Ferrari World ticket I purchased from your platform. Upon arrival, the ticket was initially marked as invalid, and upon a second attempt, it was flagged as already used.
I immediately contacted your team on the same day, but despite multiple follow-ups, I have not received a resolution. The park staff advised me to contact the tour agency directly, and I have been waiting for a response. Given the lack of resolution, I will be left with no choice but to escalate this matter to the relevant authorities and my bank.

Even though the navigation on this website in terms of choosing a hotel, booking it for specified period is quite transaprent, i didn't liek the choice of hotels as I also searched for thenm on other website which are mainly competitors of this one and there were way more hotels of different quality with various rating and number of stars.
Not a big selection of 5 star hotels out here and those they offer are very expensive, like for multi-millionaires. I don't know maybe it's because of the date which I specify, but anyway. Why other website give me broader selection? Do not understand.

Poor experience
Our local travel agent from India had arranged the tour through rayana .On 1 st day we were not updated as to what time will tour start and cab details.
After 2 nd day we got regular updates with cab details.
On our tour to abu dhabi ,we were not informed by the driver or the company that baps
temple requires registration and it has
to be done before 7 pm .We reached there and were refused to visit the temple .
The agent sent us the cab for dolphin show and when we reached there we were updated that tickets were expired.
On the last day ,the cab was to reach at 7 as we had a flight to catch ,but the cab was late by 20 to 25 minutes .
When we asked why was the cab late ,we were told that today being Sunday there will be less traffic ,so they came late .if this was the case why the pick up was arranged earlier .
Poor coordinate service ,and not well informed drivers or probably over smart drivers
