In Dubai, I chose a jeep safari tour. It was incredible! The real Arabian desert is very beautiful. Our driver was SYED SAFTAIN SHAH, he is a cool and cheerful guide. Coolly drove us along the dunes, it was not scary, but fun. We also rode camels, took photos at sunset in the desert and had dinner at a party. I strongly recommend taking a safari tour and SYED SAFTAIN SHAH

Visited first time Dubai I was nervous to travel, But Rayna tours Mr Shubham Giri Guided and supported me. So it was very good experience to travel to Dubai A very good place and my dream was to travel dubai has came true with the support of Rayna tours. Thanks to Shubham Giri.

Easy and competitively priced tourist visa application.

I purchase tickets for 18:30 show for LA PERLA at 14:30 on 3rd May
for more than 2 hours I kept online with Their online CHAT and eventually had to buy the tickets myself from the LE PELE website directly. The operator on whatsapp from RAYNA TOURISM could not tell me for 2 hours whether I had the tickets confirmed or not. DO not buy last minute products from RAYNA. Even after 2 1/2 hours I have not received a single email from RAYNA to confirm that they have received my transaction. However I have a text from my bank stating that RAYNA have debited the money

We had an amazing experience off the busy streets of Dubai into the desert. Ziafat Ali individually picked us up and took us into the dunes, where he showcased his incredible driving skills.

The camp had a great drink menu, and after a romantic sunset safari tour, we enjoyed a delicious buffet and breathtaking animation.

It was definitely worth spending an afternoon and evening there!

Great experience with Rayna team, especially Sakshi. We needed to book an expedited US visa appointment and it all went very smooth Sakshi managed to get the appointment within few days.

Terrible Experience – Avoid Rayna Tours at All Costs!

We were scammed by Rayna Tours. They took our money for a desert safari and never showed up.
After that, they stopped responding properly and kept transferring us from one clueless agent to another – nobody knew what was going on.

At our hotel (Canal Central Dubai), they had a so-called representative who was completely incompetent, asking the same question ten times without solving anything.

In the end, they took our money, ruined our day, and offered zero accountability. This company is disorganized, unprofessional, and dishonest. Avoid them if you don’t want your trip ruined.

If you love the adventure and dune bashing, sand boarding and a great talkative tour guide. Then RAYNA TOURS IS NOT FOR YOU.
my family has been on multiple dessert safari tours in dubai and they have all been fantastic from the minute we got picked up to the time we got dropped off.
I highly recommend everyone that wants to have a great night book any other than RAYNA TOURS . THE DISAPPOINTING PART WE BOOKED IT THRU OUR 5 STAR HOTEL .

It was a nearby tour to Jeddah. All I want is safe and convenient service, so I don't think about planning during my vacation. I’m grateful that I haven’t faced any issues, but the hotel that they settled us, is no words. It’s not 5stars, I asked for 5stars, they messed it up for the price I paid them. The vacation safing thing was that our guide, a really nice guy, showed us everything we wanted.
