Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Never ordering again
No Customer Service
Emailed three times. Oct 14, Nov 8, Dec 16, 2025 enquiring about diminished quality of Bjorn, along with fit and quality of Ashton and another product. Got one reply when I complained about no response. ‘Harry’ denied receiving an receiving an email. Tried again. No response. I’ve shopped here for years and used the chat box years ago. No problems. Not sure what’s happened.
5% restocking fee
5% restocking fee? My fault. I should have read the return policy. The product is not as pictured and is inferior. $10 shipping for a pair of socks? I paid the $20 for the item and the shipping because I really needed some soft cotton socks with my broken foot. Didn’t think I’d need to return them. Not soft and made poorly.
How can you trust a company that doesn't acknowledge its errors?
I ordered two bath mats. They sent me the wrong size in one. I sent them pictures proving I received the wrong size, and I was told - their system had the correct information - as if I were in the wrong. How can you trust a company that doesn't acknowledge its errors? I was able to receive a refund for the difference. How can I trust that in the future, if they send me the wrong product that I will be 1. taken seriously and 2. I'll be able to receive a refund or exchange given the way I was treated? In this case, I decided to keep the wrong size, and I was okay with being refunded the difference, but the whole interaction makes not want to do business with this company again - especially after reading the other reviews on Trust Pilot.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS
STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. The online shop showed a different product than what was shipped. They claimed you may receive a different product. That different product was not shown on the website- only the one color I saw. Deceptive practice all around. Then, when I complained, they wanted me to pay for shipping it back and a restocking fee. What a joke. They have a phone number, but no one answers it, and a text line, but no one answers that either. They took my money, took the return label, they said "out of goodwill" they sent me, charged me a restocking fee anyway ,and refunded the difference. A SCAM COMPANY. The reviews are correct. My bad for not looking into this company.
I love Rawganique
I love Rawganique, and I want to share why I’m writing this review. During the 2020 pandemic, I began shopping online and became passionate about natural, organic products. I wanted clothing made from undyed, non-toxic fabrics, produced ethically in the USA or Europe, not in sweatshops or from synthetic materials. Finding a company that met these standards was challenging—until I discovered Rawganique.
Since then, I’ve replaced nearly my entire wardrobe with their products. I own organic cotton T-shirts, hemp button-downs, a hemp sport coat, an overcoat, ties, towels, washcloths, face masks, hats, a hemp karate gi, bags, and backpacks. Their clothing is the most comfortable I’ve ever worn. Aside from my Nudie Jeans and shoes (from a brand I won’t name), everything I wear is from Rawganique.
I don’t usually write reviews, especially positive ones, because I like keeping great finds to myself to avoid price increases. However, I felt compelled to write this after seeing negative reviews on TrustPilot, mostly about customer service and pricing. While Rawganique’s customer service isn’t the most communicative, they’ve always resolved my sizing issues with exchanges or refunds without hassle. The only exception was a clearance bag I ordered, which clearly stated at purchase that it was final sale with no returns or exchanges. I’m glad I kept it, though, because I use that bag every day.
Some complain about high prices, but I find the value unmatched. For example, I once returned a perfectly fitting hemp sport coat with organic cotton lining because I convinced myself it was too small, mainly due to its price. However, it was no pricier than any well-made sport coat. I regretted returning it immediately—finding a truly organic sport coat is nearly impossible. So, I reordered it, and now I take it everywhere, neatly packed in my hemp backpack.
I’m writing this because I’d be devastated if Rawganique went out of business due to unfair reviews from consumers who don’t appreciate their unique, high-quality, ethical products. If you value sustainable, comfortable, and consciously made clothing, Rawganique is worth trying.
I bought two pairs of running shorts
I bought two pairs of running shorts, they arrived in just a few days and feel SO GOOD on my skin. They are expensive and I wish rawganique would work on lowering their prices so that I could afford to buy more from them, but oh my god the difference between synthetic and organic fabric is WILD. These are really well made too.
Ill fitting garment and terrible customer service.
Received a garment that was ill fitting and eventually returned it in the exact condition that I received it. Apparently it was longer than their published return window. No offer of helping with the problem, but sent me an invoice for shipping the same item back to me. Gross. It's 2025, you can find natural/organic clothes and home goods a million other places and I would advise that you do so. When I first ordered from them 20 years ago, I didn't have options, but now you've got infinite choices. I wish I wouldn't have been a returning customer. Out almost $100 for a shirt.
A Rip Off
I ordered some undies. They’re ok, nothing special. Paid $35.00 for One pair. Everywhere else I get 2 pair for X amount. A rip off. 👎
Their items are trash
Their items are trash! Fell apart quickly. Supposed to "last", they claim. Forget it! And I thought I heard this place was in big trouble........ so why are they still in business??? It's fraud bc their claims are bogus.
“I am extremely disappointed with this…
“I am extremely disappointed with this item. We ordered a shower curtain with the addition of the wax instead of using a liner. It said the wax bar was enough for the curtain. It was not. We had to order an additional 3 more wax bars from Amazon for an additional $60. The same wax as what was included with the curtain. It took days trying to get an even coat of wax on the shower curtain & was quite tedious. We’ve had it up for a month. Water was leaking through it onto our floor & the bottom half of the curtain is covered in mold. I reached out to customer service wanting a replacement as we followed all the instructions they provided & they weren’t willing to replace it. They tried explaining there is still a chance of mold. That the product itself isn’t defective. They provided false advertisement & regardless shouldn’t be covered in mold after a month of use. This was an expensive item that we aren’t accustomed to purchasing & completely disappointed with it all around as well as with their customer service. I absolutely would not recommend this item with what we experienced “
really bad customer service and poor product
Recently purchased a shirt. The shirt shrank after washing and hang drying losing inches in body length. The waist hem also started unravelling and is falling apart. After weeks of attempting to get ahold of customer service, including one week waiitng for a reply from their dedicated customer service SMS number I was advised to email them. I then asked customer service for a refund or a replacement and was told the shirt is not defective because their shirts are natural cotton and can shrink despite their being no warning in their description or product details section. they then advised me to get it sewn by someone else admitting that it is defective. I replied that this was not acceptable and have been ignored since
This company is so unethical
This company is so unethical. I have purchased over $1000 at their online store in two months and I made one complaint and they stopped responding to me. I purchased 6 pairs of underwear. All 6 were supposed to be the same size and all of them were slightly different in size, but 2 of them were clearly a size or two smaller. I sent them and email and they told me tough luck because I washed them. They told me I should have checked the sizes before washing. Well excuse me as I've never had such BS happen to me before with any retailer I've shopped with. Saying you are a small homestead business is not an excuse to sell someone the wrong size and then refuse to refund or replace. Shouldn't they have some QA before shipping stuff out so this doesn't happen to their customers? I then sent them a video of how much of a size difference there is in the underwear and they just ignored me. I then attempted to post a constructive, but negative review on their site for the underwear and they deleted it. Just to test, I made a positive review on another product on their site and that review was posted right away. This is incredibly unethical. It is a shame that they treated me this way because I had my eyes on quite a few more products. I might buy a few more baby blankets, but that will probably be it. I found other retailers who offer clean products with better QA and better customer service. I hope Rawganique can straighten up their act. I am considering requesting a charge back through my credit card.
Sh*t customer service!
Sh*t customer service!
They claim to be green, but still attach synthetic tags on their so-called 'biodegradable' clothing. If you contact them about it, they ignore you!
Typical french a-hole attitude! Do not buy, they are full of it!
Blackout Curtains of 4 inch difference in length
I ordered 60 inch curtains. One was 58 inches, and the other 62 inches. So there is a 4 inch difference. I emailed and was told "We do our best to ensure sizing accuracy, but as our curtains vary from batch to batch by a small degree, you may see minor differences such as this. If you would like, they can be returned (in new condition) and replacements can be sent, or we can offer a small credit to go towards alterations." They refused to check first before mailing to confirm length before sending new curtains in an exchange. As a result, there was no guarantee this wouldn't happen a second time. Therefore, I opted for a $20 refund to pay a tailor for alterations. However for the amount they are charging for their products I will not shop there again and I don't recommend them to others. I also noticed they turned off reviews on their website. Buyer beware!
Deceitful Business Practices
We ordered and tested high-end commercial fabric for our manufacturing business. We were happy with the results.
We placed a second order for a production run. The material arrived and we initially thought we were sent the wrong fabric. The seller said it was simply a variation in lots.
The second batch of material was significantly inferior in terms of weight, grade of material, and construction. There was a notable difference in color. This was more than just a variation in lots—especially for a high-priced fabric. This was simply not the same material.
I requested a refund based on the fact that the material we received was not that which we initially received and not what was being advertised.
The seller refused to accept the return, even despite the fact that it is not among the 'excluded' items listed in their return policy.
This is a deceitful retailer with unprincipled business practices.
6-10-2024 Follow Up
As a result of our online posts, we were contacted by company’s manager. Subsequently, the fabric was returned to the seller at their expense and a partial credit was issued.
Unfortunate negative experience
Unfortunately, I've had a pretty negative experience with Rawganique. I did order one article of clothing from them that I really like and that is high quality—a pair of underwear. However, I ordered three pair of hemp pants at a "discounted" but still high price, and that purchase has been a nightmare. First of all, the Rawganique site says that their sizing matches normal U.S. sizing. The first three pants that I received were not even close to normal U.S. size, so I had to initiate a return, and since the pants seemed at least 4 inches too small, I ordered up not one but two sizes with my second order. I have never owned pants that large before. I have a pair of jeans that is 2" smaller in the waist than the second size I ordered, and those slide off my hips; I can't wear them without a belt. Rawganique does not have free returns so I paid ~$20 to send them back according to the method they recommended (U.S.P.S.). When I got the second shipment, I thought: Hey, at least these fit in waist! I took them to be altered for length. It was only after I got them back from the tailor that I noticed one pair had a big opening in the inseam. I took them back and showed the tailor. She looked at all three pair and noticed that two of them had a major manufacturing defect: the fabric wasn't sewn into the surge line at the thigh. It had already opened on one pair and was ready to open on the second pair. So that was one problem. Another mistake was more my mistake than Rawganique's. That is, I had the pants hemmed without laundering them first. Even washing them in cold water and air drying, the shrinkage was quite large. As I said, this was more my fault, as I should have known to launder the pants before having them altered, but it is still unusual to have such an extreme level of shrinkage. Another problem is the sewing on the pants is poor. The belt loops and buttons feel like they're barely attached to the pants. I've already had two buttons pop off in a very short time. The pant just aren't well made.
The most aggravating part of my ordeal with Rawganqiue is that I wrote a review for their web site, since it only seems fair to inform the public about the quality of the pants. I wasn't trying to diss Rawganique or anything like that. Well, apparently they screen out 1 or 2 star reviews and don't allow them to be posted to their web site. The first time I wrote a review, it just disappeared when I hit 'submit', and I didn't have a copy of it. So I re-wrote the review. I tried a couple more times to post the review using different internet browsers. I never succeeded in posting the review.
Lastly, dealing with this company's customer service through email was a terrible experience. First of all, they usually don't answer at all unless you write them and pester them multiple times. They might eventually answer you several days after your initial inquiry. Then their answers are not to the point and they blame you, the consumer, for the problem. Regarding my query about why my review never showed up on their web site, they never provided me with a cogent explanation.
Overall it seems like Rawganique is a company that knowingly sells shoddy merchandise an doesn't provide helpful customer support. I find it really disappointing because I wanted to like their products, which are, after all, touted as "beyond" organic.
Good quality, terrible service
Purchased boxers and used their size guide. They arrived and were enormously large. Requested an exchange and was told I would have to pay for shipping back. ‘We’re a small company’ was the excuse. Sorry, but your competitors of similar size take care of their customers much better.
