Advised correctly as other car auctions wrongly advertise vehicles are check and if any issues are mentioned only thing that has upset me I run a car garage due to that I cant personally go and collect vehicle i was given a warning because the transport company drove the vehicle out and loaded it out the yard only because it was very busy inside

The worst UK auction company I have…
The worst UK auction company I have dealt with. Many vehicles are only suitable for scrap, and descriptions are often misleading or inaccurate compared to the actual condition of the cars.
The collection process is also frustrating, with poor communication and difficult appointment scheduling. Overall, a very unfriendly experience compared to other UK salvage auctions.

Bought a transit custom was a good buy but if your a first time buyer like I was I thought it would be better to pick up next day an got a £60 charge for early collection that I wasn’t expecting

Absolute joke of an auction
Absolute joke of an auction, they keep the auction running after the time to bump the price. I complained and they said that wasn't correct. I have just took a video of it... auction ran on by a further 2min to get the price up.

Please note that our auction system includes an automatic extension feature, similar to eBay. If high proxy bidders continue to outbid each other in the closing moments of an auction, the auction can be extended in increments between 10-15 seconds for up to a maximum of 2 minutes.
As you mentioned, the auction continued for approximately 2 minutes, which is the maximum extension period and would not have been extended any further.
For this reason, we always recommend refreshing the page or app during the final seconds of an auction to ensure you are viewing the most up-to-date bidding activity and auction status.

As per the new Terms and Conditions which you have acknowledged it would explain the procedures of the auction. Having reviewed this you are aware of the fees having bought a few vehicles already from auction. If you wish to discuss the matter then you are always welcome to email admin@:raw2k.com where our team will always try and assist where possible.

am disappointed that the previous four free collection days after a successful purchase have been removed. Now, charges are being applied from the day the vehicle is won, which is a significant change and places an unfair additional cost on buyers.
I would appreciate an explanation for this change and ask that this policy be reconsidered.

RAW2K is exactly what you should expect from an honest auction. No tricks by the experienced traders to force you to buy a hidden disaster. You should only pay attention to the information and avoid obvious crap. Staff is friendly, service reliable. However customer communication lack direct numbers to interact with in case your plans have changed and I would not punish customers who came earlier to collect the car, they clear your space for other income stock, why punishing them applying the same penalty as for the laisy guys who delay the collection?

Thank you for your review! RAW2K is an online platform, which our emails are monitored throughout the working day from Monday to Friday. If anything needs to be amended for a collection then we would advise to email at the soonest. We do not see it as a penalty to collect early but as per the T&C's if booked within the same 24 hrs from payment then a fee would be incurred. If not collected within a period of time then late fees would be applied but do communicate via email with our staff as we will always try and be reasonable.

This auction site describes cars as is. Their descriptions are always clear. I have been buying cars from them and never been disappointed.
Their collection procedure is always very smooth. The guys at Falkirk are my favourite. Top guys. Great auction site with reasonable site fees.
