Great auction place to buy decent used cars. Their communication is excellent emails to admin are answered promptly and efficiently and are always happy to assist if any issue regarding payment, collection and account. Will definitely recommend this site and definitely better than other auction places I’ve used in past.

It’s great it just seems like the employees are bidding people up so that you pay more and it wasn’t like that in the beginning also the website glitches and you are winning a item when the time finishes and then you’ve lost the item

BEWARE , sold me a car as runs and drives , they loaded onto my truck without offering me test , got home no clutch , car shows same mileage as in the photo no way it ever drove , as usual no phone number just email takes days to reply ,told me nothing they can do as its my responsibility to check before leaving the site , SO in effect they miss describe stuff and make it your reasonability to check they are not lying , PLEASE if you deal with this company check what you are buying before leaving the site

Proceeded to email me that they’re closing my account as I put a negative review for them, the car they sold me was scrap had a cracked sump blown engine no keys which is ok as unseen but they didn’t tell me that it was leaking oil everywhere if that was mentioned no one would bid on it and it wouldn’t go for such a high price now I’m having to scrap the vehicle as it’s leaking oil everywhere and I made a key £350

No contact phone number. Cant tow away yourself. Man very rude and unhelpful

Everything is brilliant but to make payment you should give more time nor suspend the account
