I rented morning suits for my groomsmen for my wedding weekend and had a fantastic experience - everything arrived on time, replacements for items that didn’t fit were sent and arrived literally the next day after I requested them and the customer service team were very quick to respond and were generally extremely helpful. The suits themselves were good quality and came nicely pressed. The ties and shirts were a bit on the poorer quality side but then again they were very good value for money.

All in all my experience with Rathbones tailor was overwhelmingly positive and I would recommend it to anyone looking for rental suits on their special day!

I ordered 6x Simkins navy suits myself and groomsmen for my wedding in Spain, the suits were of excellent quality and looked great. The most important thing for me was the excellent service that I received both via life chat and email. Megan in particular was extremely helpful with questions about sizing and offering flexibility around return dates etc One pair of trousers needed to be returned in relation to sizing and this was handled with ease. The retuning of the suits was easy via DPD and by providing Megan with the tracking information it was easy to get an accurate bill. It’s not often I leave a review but only in exceptional circumstances when the customers service went above and beyond what I would have expected. Thank you rathbones and in particular Megan.

Did a great job getting the rented suit out in time, and was extremely helpful in providing replacement trousers when the originals turned out to be too long.

Also, their guide for providing your own measurements really helped make things easier, and the whole experience was much less intimidating (not to mention expensive) than a traditional suit rental

1 time try out service? Thankfully I didn't order it just before the wedding as clearly the suit didn't fit. I believe this should be a more flexible service

Suit arrived early which allowed for conformation of fit. Quality was good and as described. On returning I realised that the DPD returns label had accidentally been thrown out. The team at Rathbones arranged for a replacement to be sent to me with no fuss.

Simply superb service, arrived on time in perfect condition and was incredibly easy to return. It was affordable and will be definitely using Rathbones again in the future.

I am based in the south and was due to attend a wedding in Scotland. I ordered the incorrect size kilt, spoke with Megan in their customer services who sorted a resize AND had this sent to my location in Scotland! AMAZING service and would use again. Ordering was simple, delivery was as described with plenty of updates so you know, to the hour, when to expect delivery.

Incredibly easy to use. Customer service is amazing I ordered the wrong sizes (my fault completely) and they replaced within a day. I needed the suit within a week of ordering, then with the replacements needed, I didn't think I'd make it...but Rathbones sorted me out.

Easy to use, staff on hand via WhatsApp to help with any replacements. Fantastic service.
