I moved to Rathbones….
I moved my pension and investment portfolio to Rathbones nearly a year ago, and have been delighted with the service provided by the company. In particular, our investment manager Matt Fry has been very approachable, provides regular updates and really seems to understand my needs. As a recently bereaved widow whose husband had mostly dealt with our financial affairs, I am very grateful to James Hedley and his team at the Liverpool office. Through their support I felt informed and in control again. James is extremely knowledgeable and always available to answer questions and offer suggestions to maximise my portfolio. Since 2005, my investments have been successfully nurtured, protected and boosted by James Hedley with whom I have built a very positive working relationship. James Hedley and Caroline Kirkham in the Liverpool office have provided my family with a very professional service with good communication and access to information via apps and online accounts to allow me to monitor my financial portfolio's performance. They have given me good advice on financial matters and guided me through the process of setting up accounts for my wife, sons and brother to enable all to invest in relevant financial markets and at the appropriate levels of risk. The Rathbones performance has generally been better than some of the other firms used and I have built up trust in their services knowing they will be well managed.

After advising my parents for many years on their financial investments, Darren Elmes was introduced to us and what a great relationship we have built with him over the last ten years. The merger from Investec to Rathbones was seamless and Darren has continued to advise us with his professional and also personable style. Future planning has been made possible with his skill of reading the markets and advising us of the best outcomes.
