Very happy with the service provided for a rate switch with existing provider.

RateSwitch explained how the system worked and it was a relief to deal with them rather than the lender!

RateSwitch helped with the lender's poor paperwork which at one point doubled the balance outstanding.

Fantastic service provided by RateSwitch - we would recommend them to anyone wanting to remortgage. They found out exactly what we needed, found us a great deal, kept us informed throughout the whole process and aside from being very professional they were also really pleasant to deal with. Everything was completed in plenty of time and we're now sorted (for the next 5 years at least!). Won't hesitate to return to RateSwitch at the end of this deal. Me and my partner came to Rate Switch after having 2 bad experiences with previous mortgage brokers. It was our first buy on a property and our first ever mortgage and we had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Fae. Fae has gone above and beyond throughout the whole process to make sure it was as stress-free as possible. Fae managed to get us an amazing deal for our mortgage and has kept us informed throughout the whole process and was even emailing us whilst on her honeymoon!! I was unsure about home and life insurance and Fae sorted all of that out with us and made the process hassle free and made sure it was all set up for when our new home completed. I will 100% be recommending Fae to any family and friends looking for a mortgage broker in the future and cannot thank her enough for making our dream of owning a home become a reality.

Outstanding. Essentially I was a mortgage prisoner and was told by a financial advisor that I couldn't remortgage with the same provider! Contacted rate switch as a last hope and within 30mins I was able to remortgage with the same provider at a much better rate saving me £1500 over 3 years. Superlative customer service. RateSwitch have a great team in place that helped us find not just the best deal, but also the right deal for us. Through their help we realised that staying with our existing mortgage provider was the easy option, but not the right option. They gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision when choosing our next product, which happened to be with another provider and has saved us over £50 per month from our previous product price (and over £100 per month on the variable rate).

Particular mention must go to Lee Flavin, the company CEO, who provides great customer service and can’t do enough to help. We bumped into Lee recently at the Wales Start Up Awards ceremony and it was great to see that RateSwitch were deserving recipients of the one to watch award.

We will definitely be back in five years to check out our options for our next mortgage product.

I've just used RateSwitch to remortgage my house and the service I received was fantastic. Andy was amazing from start to finish and kept me updated on absolutely everything as it was happening. I would have no reservations in recommending this company. We fixed in on a 2 year deal on a lower rate, thereby saving us money on our mortgage. All options were explained to us. Quick, professional and with minimal fuss.

We used rateswitch to renew our mortgage at the end of our current offer. We decided to look at whole of market and had an excellent service from Andy.
Not only did Andy talk us through the whole process but he explained that he had found the overall best option rather than the one that just had the cheapest monthly payment.

Lee was friendly, amenable, and open to any queries we had during the remortgaging process. His communication at all times was clear and he was in touch as often as required, via email, phone and in person. The advice we received was conveyed in a very non-specific, impartial manner and we were presented with a wide range of options, advised to take our time in considering our chosen deal, and given the necessary space and time to make the right decision.

Fae at Rate-switch was brilliant. We could not have asked for a better person to guide us through the whole process.
