We also had lots of thoughts as which options to go with.We had the options explained clearly and no pressure put on us only the best option and ideas for us fully explained. We have recently used RateSwitch to manage the remortgage of our property and subsequent life insurance policies. Our case handler was fantastic. Not only did he find us a fantastic rate on our mortgage deal (and saved us lots of money), he was extremely thorough, friendly, and kept up to date on all aspects of the switch over / key dates etc regularly. We never had to chase anything!

Excellent service! Lee communicated with us at every step of the process. He understood our mortgage needs and the dynamics for flexibility of our family plans, so he thought about the best option financially for us. He sent us emails in the evening if he came up with a new idea, (which I can understand not everyone would like this, but we liked his accessibility).....nothing was a problem. Uploading documents online was simple and we didn't have to visit him in the office at all - thank goodness as we are in London and he is out of London! Great speedy service, well done and thanks!
