Wait another week for delivery they say . Christ could have flown to the Wharehouse and picked items up by now . Already a week late

I ordered a present for my nieces birthday which was despatched on 21st May with Whistl. I was provided with tracking details for Whistl. On the 27th May it was apparently passed to another carrier so no further tracking was available to me. However I was advised to expect delivery in 3 to 5 days. Item not received so I contacted rarewaves. Told they were confident it would be delivered by 12th June.( well after the birthday) again item not delivered so I contacted company and asked for cancellation. Was asked to wait 3 more days. Which I did, still no delivery so contacted again to request cancellation as now 25 days since dispatch. Denied cancellation and refund asked to wait until end of week then recontact and they will look again. Absolutely atrocious customer service. Some of messages ignored and not acknowledged. Still no item tracking or offer of refund. I would suggest avoid at all costs

This item is rubbish, radio keeps breaking up and will not hold a station. Not able to read the digital display screen as the type is so small.

I order from Rarewaves regularly, and they've always provided excellent service. The ordering process is easy, and the items always arrive on time. On the occasions when I've had to contact customer services, my enquiry has been dealt with efficiently. I would recommend Rarewaves to others.

I swiftly found just the album I was searching for via Rarewaves. Their catalogue is comprehensive and their prices reasonable. They regularly update on the order and deliver quickly. Highly recommended.

I ordered four films, they were shipped quickly. My only issue was they were sent in a padded envelope together and the corners were all a little dinged up and one slipcover had a hole punched through it. I'd have preferred they shipped in a box just for extra protection.

This company honoured a massive pricing error that occurred when they launched their new site. I was fully expecting to see my order cancelled. They shipped my order, well packed, to Canada at the discounted price. For that level of decency and service, they deserve our business.

Very hard to find out when my package will be delivered. Google's estimate was missed it by 2 weeks.-
Other than that, I got my package and what I requested.

Shipping is too slow and cost is too high

I got the products I ordered, but the delivery was not without problems. I was not informed that the products were shipped in multiple shipments and I didn't get any tracking codes to monitor the delivery. Due to this there were delays and extra hassle with customs declaration etc.

Verry good. The online site could be better & I would hope its layout is improved in time & im not a fan of dynamic pricing however I will buy from the again & highly recomend them

This is simply THE BEST shop for CDs, Blu-rays and other stuff like this. I have ordered many things from them and it always arrived nicely packaged, for a great price and completely new. If there was an issue it was immediately resolved by their great customer service. I am completely satisfied customer and I wish Rarewaves never ends.
