Great CS, Great variaty of items and sometimes an unbeatable price and delivery service. What more do you want?

I actually like the company and your prices. My only complaint is that by breaking up (international) orders into their component parts, it can be well over a week between the first item arriving and the last one arriving. I understand breaking up larger orders into 2 or 3 packages to avoid customs fees or higher shipping fees, but I do not understand shipping each item completely separately.

Rarewaves delivers their stuff just fine but their shipment times are atrocious to mainland Europe. It takes weeks of waiting, like they're strapping these boxes to actual snails. HMV f.e. ships so much faster.

Selectively cancelled my order due to "website issues" with no explanation or response, while letting other people's exact same orders through

June 19 Update: it's now been 24 hours since Rarewaves support responded here, indicating they would respond to my multiple emails about cancelled order. So far no follow up from them

I was a bit sceptical as Rarewaves was new for me. Though I gave it a try. Shipping was a bit long but that hasn't surprised me as it was from UK to EU.
Unfortunately local post office decided it needs to complete customs procedure. I had to pay taxes second time. However when I sent all necessary documents to rarewaves they were very helpful and resolved this in day or two. I will definitely buy more from them.

Great communication about how long it would take to get my CD and also great regular updates.

Very impressed with customer support. I ordered an item, which got lost in transit. Emailed about it, and another item got dispatched. They take a while to arrive, but all in all I am satisfied.

Four items got lost on their way to Germany. Rarewaves quickly sent a replacement which arrived safely. Great srvice

I had concerns with receiving a product that didn't arrive after 3 week waiting. When I messaged customer services they immediately dealt with my issue and sent a replacement, this also took a long time to get to me but I had several conversation with Afroditi who reassured me that I would eventually receive my item, which I did.

I was impressed with how Afroditi dealt with me in a friendly and professional way, I felt that I had trust in him. Having worked in an environment where I was first contact with customers I am aware of how this reflects on company perception.

Well done Afroditi and well done Rarewaves. I will continue purchasing with you with the knowledge that I need to be patient and that I will be able to to resolve any difficulties if I need to contact customer service

I always use Rarewaves for buying vinyl. Good quality and service as well as value for money. If I’d like to see one thing improved, it would be speedier delivery.

Rarewaves selection of movies is top shelf at competitive rates. The only minor downside was not being able to track parcels. A whole world away in New Zealand, where supply chains come to die, we get a little worried that the small orders get mislaid a while. Not so with Rarewaves... but still a Tracking number would relieve a lot of tension :)

I always have a good experience with Rarewaves, my preferred online vendor. A mystery with respect to two missing deliveries (since found locally) was addressed dillagently by Afroditi in customer support, I appreciate the prompt and professional support I received. Many thanks Afroditi!

Wait another week for delivery they say . Christ could have flown to the Wharehouse and picked items up by now . Already a week late

I ordered a present for my nieces birthday which was despatched on 21st May with Whistl. I was provided with tracking details for Whistl. On the 27th May it was apparently passed to another carrier so no further tracking was available to me. However I was advised to expect delivery in 3 to 5 days. Item not received so I contacted rarewaves. Told they were confident it would be delivered by 12th June.( well after the birthday) again item not delivered so I contacted company and asked for cancellation. Was asked to wait 3 more days. Which I did, still no delivery so contacted again to request cancellation as now 25 days since dispatch. Denied cancellation and refund asked to wait until end of week then recontact and they will look again. Absolutely atrocious customer service. Some of messages ignored and not acknowledged. Still no item tracking or offer of refund. I would suggest avoid at all costs
