No accountability for bad product. Once you try it (and realize it doesn't work) you can't return it. Total scam

Canident tooth descaler only worked for 3 weeks!!!
I used the Canident tooth descaler for dogs for 3 only weeks and it does not work! A lot of money for nothing! buyer beware. So far no help from Rarepet.

Scam company with terrible product
I tried to return this item by emailing their customer support email. No response. I followed up today to find out they just blocked me. Please don't believe all the sponsors and influencers they paid. This product is flimsy and does not work. The brush head pops when attempting to brush my dog's teeth which makes it a useless product. I disputed this charge with my credit card company.
