Overall, I had a fantastic first experience buying the OP booster boxes, and they arrived in perfect condition, with no damage to the packs or cards.

The only downside, and the reason I’m giving 4 stars (which might be a bit petty of me), was the unexpected extra customs charge. I suppose it’s reasonable to pay for it, but I somehow thought my initial payment would cover that as well.
The delivery service delayed the delivery due to a customs fee and informed me via post. Once I received the update, I paid the fee and arranged a new delivery date.

The whole process from order to receiving took around 2-3 weeks, which I believe is reasonable for the UK, and the items arrived in perfect condition.

To sum up, I am very happy with the service and will consider purchasing from here again.
