We are a small business and required 2 x vans. I made an initial telephone enquiry with Rapid Vans and from this first point of contact the service was first class, Mark listened to our needs and he gave us a quote based on the information we gave him, Unlike other companies Mark stayed within the brief regarding our budget and didn't try to increase it unlike other companies. There is no pushy sales after the enquiry. Mark has a lot of knowledge within the industry and tailored the quote to the companies needs. From first point of contact to the delivery of our vans has been first class. We were constantly updated right up to a text from Sam confirming that the vans were en route.
If you are looking for an honest service form a company that genuinely cares about your needs then look no further. I highly recommend Rapid vans. For the record I could not find a cheaper van anywhere. I had quotes from Ford direct, Vanarama and many more. They all came back with lets see what we can do. Rest assured you will get the best deal from the first point of contact.

Received my Ford transit courier sport from rapid Van's today and the service I received from start to finish was fantastic. One of the best things about these guys is the website, I like how you can personalise your own quote to suit yourself. Most companies I've looked into leasing from previous you have to send an enquiry form for someone to ring you with a quote then not leave you alone for 3 weeks constantly ringing you. With rapid Van's there is none of that. You can get your quote on the site instantly, adjust your mileage, ballon, deposit etc to suit yourself. After I got the quote I did ring a few other companies just to compare prices and not one could beat the quote from rapid Van's. Once order was placed I only had to wait a week for my van to be delivered to my house. Mark send me text last night just to remind me that the van was being delivered today then Sam rung me this morning to tell me the time of my deliver.
All in all the service has been 10/10. Highly recommend. Great family run business. Thank you

I highly recommend Rapid vans to any businesses looking for a new van. Mark and Sam went out there way and beyond to find me the exact van I wanted. Although my credit wasn’t as good and some finance companies wouldn’t accept me Mark and Sam worked hard to find me the finance in the most affordable way, where other sales companies gave up on the first straw. They kept me updated about the whole process. While I carried on my daily work they dealt with everything smoothly. The van was delivered when they said it would and I’m honestly so happy with it. I thank you guys so much, it was a pleasure to deal with you guy.
