Excellent work on time when attending my home very clean and efficient all members very very polite and professional would highly recommend

Absolutely loved this company they were very respectful and quick and offered to clean the small mess they made. Natalie was really helpful and let me know what was happening when.

From the minute we found out about our heating etc. was being updated,I can only say "What a lovely experience!"
From Natalie Tracie(GaiaEnergy Liaison officer) Steve Gallagher(Contract manager)to site manager,David Dalrymple,we knew the exact timetable of works.Everything was done when it was supposed to be done,everyone was cheerful,polite and so professional.A great group of contractors,no mess anywhere,it was cleaned up afterwards. The site manager and support staff were proffesional and courteous at all times, all contractors were polite and very efficient carrying out their work tasks. Everyone cleaned up after themselves, I also realised Gaia had re-seeded patches of the lawn where necessary. Would recommend this company to all.

I had a really positive experience with this company. The team were friendly, professional and made everything feel straightforward from start to finish. They kept me informed throughout the work, explaining what was happening at each stage which I really appreciated.

They were also very respectful of my home and made sure everything was cleaned up properly once the job was done & I’ve had no problems at all since, the whole process was smooth and stress-free.

Fantastic people and great service, I’d definitely recommend them.

This company took out renervations at the lace where I live and we're professional and knowledgeable throughout, I even gave them a key because I was working some the time our away and they did everything they promised

I found everyone on the Gaia Energy team polite and really professional. They were helpful and friendly. No task seemed too much for them. I give them first class recommendation.

The workman were great, no trouble, very friendly and clean working. All staff done their job amazing, couldn't fault them. From Natalie to Electricians then Dave afterwards they were all extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend this company for any renewables work.

Had a back boiler removed and replaced with a new combi boiler through this company and I must say every member of the team were excellent. From first contacting the office team to the lads that fitted the window vents, loft insulation, the boiler, fans and the aftercare each and every one of them were excellent to deal with very friendly and polite and worked to brilliant time scales. I thought that Kev who arranged all the work was always contactable and always did what he could to work around my home life and work life and in general was a very friendly member of the team. The two lads that fitted the boiler were fantastic as I know they had to deal with a number of hurdles and no matter how frustrating it became they remained professional and very friendly and still managed to get the job done in a day which considering the nature and size of the job I thought was incredible. The electrician Phil actually came out on a Saturday morning to fit the fans and thermostat which considering it was a 3hr drive was brilliant. I was very appreciative of this as again it was organised around my availability and the same can be said about Dave who came to board the fireplace up, cover some pipe work and also do a bit of filling in around one of the gas pipes. After having a date booked in I unfortunately had to let him down late on in the week prior to the date due to no longer being available however he rebooked a date with no issues whatsoever and he was perfectly understanding of the reason why I had to rebook. He then came and did the work in a very quick time frame and did an exceptional job on the day. Again as with all the lads that have been involved he was very friendly and polite. All in all I’m more than happy with the work carried out and I would 100% recommend.

All work completed in one day by the team of skilled tradesmen. Impressed with their punctuality, knowledge and advice. Aftercare service is excellent and thorough. Photos taken where needed of the work and checks made on fan installations. Energy efficiency rating for the property has significantly improved.

Within days of being found eligible for the free home energy efficiency improvement scheme, arrangements had been made for people to come out and help with the paperwork and do a thorough survey of the property for requirements.
As the work began, I couldn't believe how quickly the central heating was installed, including boiler, radiators, vents, fan extractors and loft insulation. All of the engineers installing the various components worked so hard and I received numerous phone calls during this time, from both Steve and Dave, to check if everything was running smoothly and if I was happy with the work. Any questions I had were responded to very quickly and, at the end of it all, Dave came out to move all of the furniture back to where I wanted it and check that all home accessories were in place as before!
I can definitely recommend the Gaia Energy Solutions team!

The team that visited my home were professional, cleaned up after themselves and took the time to answer any questions I had & explained what they were doing.
I had a full boiler conversion, trickle vents and fans installed.
Dave in particular stood out in regards to the customer service and the work he completed.
I am really happy with all work completed with minimal disruption.
I would highly recommend this company.

The office staff who organised and scheduled the work were excellent as were the installers of the Loft Insulation, the Trickle Vents and the Unity CV2 Fans ( in the Kitchen Diner and Bathroom ) The only downside is that it became apparent, quite soon, that the Fans were unreliable operationally and, even when they were operating, not that efficient in clearing condensation. In short, they saved energy by not doing the job they were designed for ie removing condensation...One fan does, now, not work at all ...

Had our new boiler fitted on the Government scheme by this company and couldn't fault them whatsoever, we had our new boiler fitting, loft insulation, trickle tray window vents fitted and extractor fans fitted. GrayNW were so clean and thorough when working in our home, such a pleasant experience! Thank you so much
