This is a really great program at a very economical price given everything you get. Ive highly recommend to my friend looking to get into getting fit. Love this program.

Hi everyone. Very convincing video introduction on Facebook. Paid the USD 37 and my card is debited but no information from Basement Beast team, no program, nothing. Looks like a scan. Have instructed the card company to get me a refund !

Fabian Petrina and his BASEMENT BEAST programs are Legit!! Gives you all the tools to get into the physical condition you desire, being that loose weight, put on muscle, or get shredded. Great support group and interaction, I'm 51 and now stronger than my 30s. Workouts take very little time out of your day with Low Impact Resistance Bands that work for any age! 20-30mins a day 4-5 days a week. Just put in the work! Fabian is entertaining too. Can enjoy and have fun with the videos. If your serious about getting fit and want a short interval at Home Program Guys, then get with BASEMENT BEAST!!

The best part of this program is that Fabian, his team, and the fellow Beasts provide the necessary motivational aspect to working hard for results. Being close to 70 years of age, I do need to modify some of the workouts by using smaller resistance bands, but I look forward to each workout (with a couple of days rest in between them). It is easy to sit back and do nothing, but way better, in my opinion, to put 'yourself against yourself' and remain consistent in doing something good for you!

Dear Basement Beast. My experience with Basement Beast has been amazing. The program was and continues to be the foundation for me to transform my body & give me so much more confidence in myself. The program in my opinion is absolutely the best on the market. First off, the cost is unbeatable. Second the program starts off slow & I feel really lets you build over time which in my experience helped me form good fitness habits. Over time the habits simply become routine. Oh & 3rd there is humor during the sessions ( no one has that anymore). Now I still do not have the chiseled body I'm going for , however over the course of 2 years I've lost 62lbs (264 down to 202 ) & am actually not being included in the fat jokes.. I have not dived into the supplements yet but for me this has been amazing & life changing. I do not have anything negative to say. Keep up the great work & I hope your business continues to build, be profitable, & change lives for the better !!

The program is well designed and only uses minimal equipment (resistance bands, towel , and water bottle). The workouts are around 20-25 minutes. They are intense but manageable. You can also make adjustments by changing bands or making adjustments on how you hold the bands (e.g. step on the band with one or two feet). What I like is that the workouts are follow along. Fabian does the workouts with you, usually with the backdrop of a beach. He encourages you and you also see him drop in band resistance in the later sets. You also get access to the private Facebook group. It is a very positive place. Just encouragement. I have not seen any negativity there, just a bunch different people working on their goals. The customer service is phenomenal. I had an issue accessing a program. The video was not working. I contacted them and within a minute I got a response. They couldn’t fix it in a few minutes so they sent me a link to access the workout and I was able to my workout in less than 10 minutes after contacting them. All around I have a great experience with the workout, the private group, and the company. I am three weeks in and I am seeing and feeling positive results.

Very easy to follow training routine. The workouts are quick (approximately 20 minutes) and effective. When I am done with the workout, most of the time I leave sweating. Listen to Fabian in the videos to maximize efforts especially on the eccentric vs concentric movements. Eccentric needs to be controlled and slow. Concentric is the explosion.

I decided to purchase the initial program for $5, I knew there would be a lot of pressure for upsales and there was. They presented an option to purchase a larger program for something around $79. I accidentally clicked submit and Immediately received an email from Capital One say they denied a charge from Basement Beasts for $175. They proceeded to try to charge several times before stopping, I had to pause my credit card to stop them from charging. Any respect I had for the program was lost after that.

I was very skeptical at the beginning as many of these ads promise the moon and you get a piece of sh it on a stick… the communication with the team is great and the training is intense but totally doable. It has the right amount of challenge, plus you can do it along with Fabien on these videos and this is surprisingly something that makes a great difference…

Love your program - can do it anywhere! Been doing this for about 2.5 years. I'm an international airline pilot and work interesting hours--this lets me get a good workout in my hotel room. This was especially true for COVID with all the restrictions. All the instructors enthusiastic and motivational--highly recommend this program.

Communication is great, programs are great, merchandise is all made of high quality materials. I have used this to lose 60+ pounds and put on a ton of muscle.

The workouts are tough but you are not lost like some other programs I've tried. It's about 20 hardcore minutes each workout. You do have to work up to it but the results that a lot of the members have are amazing. There is private FB group where guys show their progress....all ages ....kinda cool

Basement Beast is the real deal!! I was super skeptical at first since 90% of the IG ads that blow through the feed are junk after a cursory review (ahem VShred….) HOWEVER Fabian has totally met and far exceeded expectations with this program. I’m a super busy dad of two supporting a mom in school/new grad program… very little time and these workouts provide an awesome pump in 20-25 minutes.

I can even do them with my kids around, they love playing with the resistance bands, too! As someone who used free weights most of my life I raised an eyebrow at the idea of bands, but I’ll give anything a shot… and wow what a workout.

I look forward to continuing with the program for a long time… thanks Fabian for all your energy and hard work!!
