Good customer service early pick up
I ordered 6 pieces of metal on Friday 20th after closing time, asked if it was possible for me to pick it up at around 13:00 on the 24th 1.5 working days, as I was near by for a car being serviced. My car service finished early and I was able to pick it up just after 11:30. Good customer service, they also carried it to the car for me. Thank you.

so slow its not true
went to nuneaton ordered a sheet of metal paid and was told it would be half hour, i went and done my shopping returned three quarters of a hour later and then had to wait another half hour. before they moved they were great not they are lucky to get one star

Got just what I wanted.
It is easy to navigate the sales site for exactly what you need, and I was amazed to find the exact seamless steel tube I needed for a repair on a 1940's motorbike, correct OD and wall thickness too. Easy to order and pay, and ready for collection within a couple of days, where I was in and out in no time. Excellent service, excellent product at the right price.
