Thank you for your feedback.

We can see that you purchased your piece in January, disposed of the piece a month later and proceeded to leave this review a further 3 months after disposal, during which time we received no contact from yourself to notify us of an issue with your piece.

We would like to clarify that as our pieces are fine jewellery, they must be handled, stored and maintained correctly. Incorrect storage and maintenance as well as exposure to different environments/chemicals can occasionally result in tarnishing.

Tarnishing is normal with sterling silver jewellery and can easily be restored with a gentle polish using a polishing cloth or a more thorough clean as outlined in our jewellery care guide.

We do not advise to use silver dip as the harsh chemicals can be destructive on fine jewellery pieces and etch into the sterling silver itself (micro etching) within seconds of use.

As we received no contact or response to our emails and the piece had been treated with silver dip and then disposed of, unfortunately we were unable to rectify this issue.

Hi Eloise,

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience.

To clarify, upon viewing your broken chain we could see clear knotting and although this factor was not covered under our warranty as pieces must be handled and maintained with care, we immediately provided a free replacement chain.

We were then notified 5 months later of the replacement chain breaking and upon viewing the chain there was again knotting with tangling. It also unfortunately fell outside of our warranty period so at that time we were unable to send another free replacement chain.

With regards to your pups outline, we provided a picture with an outline of the part of her nose we would be using as you requested and we explained the process for your piece in which we received a thankful response from yourself (Please refer back to our initial conversation and you will find the marked up image we sent).

We would like to assure you we can always provide mock ups and proof of outlines for the pieces we make as we have done for our many clients.
