Bad website
I have the proof that ramp network has not carry on with my transaction as Transaction report with hash transaction succesful where i transfered 11,5633USDT to my TRON wallet address,so i tried to contact them also but they didn-t replied these days.Unfortunately on trustpilot i can not posdt a screenshot with my successful transaction to show to all people .interested.It is not clear what is their official e,mail address, if you see on their reply is something unclear.
I asked them again now to investigate given them the proof, but you see below their reply

The refund hasn’t cleared, I have not received any funds back. Neither is there a transaction hash for me to verify the crypto has indeed been refunded. Your customer service team have been ignoring my support tickets for 5 days now and there is nowhere for me to get any assistance other than here.

Very bad service make like scam people…
Very poor service. In my experience, this company took my money and then stopped responding. Customer support has been extremely unhelpful, and I have received no meaningful assistance regarding my transaction.
I strongly recommend that anyone considering this service think very carefully before using it. My transaction remains unresolved, and I feel completely ignored as a customer.

Ramp still has my money, I don't have Litecoin
I did a transaction to purchase Litecoin with my bank card. My bank declined the first one (I'm guessing because it was a new transaction from a new company) and then my bank reached out to me, I authorized the transaction and tied it again. It went through, however, it has been in Ramps final processing since. There is really no customer service, just an AI assist who eventually grabs an agent, and after a couple of hours you still don't get any answers, and no way to cancel the transaction or get my money back. I just checked because I got this email for this review, thinking oh, well maybe they have completed the transaction. NOPE, so I guess I'll leave a review!
