Missing £150 GBP transfer from Revolut - stuck on automated chat loop accidentally made a direct bank transfer of £150.00 from my Revolut account to Ramp Swaps Limited on 3 August 2026 without an active crypto buy order. I have uploaded my Revolut PDF transfer receipt to the chat widget, but it has been stuck on an automated "AI Agent" loop with no support ticket number generated. The reference number printed on my official bank statement from revolut bank for this specific transfer is 51785540. Please have a human compliance agent pull this transfer and refund the £150 back to my Revolut account.

I was placing cryptocurrency sell orders normally until my account was suddenly blocked without any explanation. Customer support is nonexistent, and as if that were not bad enough, the $2,700 I tried to withdraw has been stuck for six days. They have not explained how or when I will be refunded. Whenever I try to contact them, I only receive automated messages. The money does not even appear as pending in my account; it has basically disappeared. They have taken my $2,700 and have not even bothered to provide an explanation.
If you are considering using their services, stay away, because you could lose your money.

Waiting for over two days for a…
Waiting for over two days for a cryptocurrency order that should have been delivered almost instantly is completely unacceptable. It makes a bad situation so much worse when you email support to find out where your funds are, only to be met with absolute silence from their team. Getting completely ghosted after spending your money leaves you feeling helpless and forces you to avoid the platform entirely in the future. Facing this kind of careless delay and non existent customer support is exactly why I stick to #road to millions# where crypto transactions are processed immediately and help is always there you need it.
