Still not received my paint. Pure spam and robbers I've tried to call so many times get voicemail does this company exist. ????

Pleasantly surprised by this company
Product took just over a week to arrive after ordering
Initially was concerned that I was not going to receive goods with lack of communication and then reading some reviews that were not good
Product arrived and very pleased with it
It would of been nice for a bit more communication or someone answer the phone but all in all very pleased

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
I ordered some paint and got an immediate auto confirmation that my order had been processed.
2 weeks later, still nothing, so i rang them, but it always goes straight to voicemail.
So sent an email and they replied back 3 days later saying that they could not mix my paint colour!
They have caused me endless trouble, i could have gone elsewhere 2 weeks ago!

I ordered 3 colours on the 1st April, i received two colours over two weeks later and a refund on the missing third colour was offered on the receipt. After numerous emails i'm still waiting for the refund, pursuing with more and more emails. Not to be trusted

Thieves….clearly a scam site

Ordered 1st March no delivery and ignore emails.

Same experience as other reviewers. No product sent, do not answer calls or respond to emails. Disgraceful. Avoid at all costs. Over a month now and numerous calls and emails.

Nearly two weeks since order placed. Supposed to be dispatched in three days. Not received yet. Don’t answer the phone or emails.
Shocking

Stop taking peoples money with no intention of sending out the goods. You should be ashamed of yourself. Fed up sending emails and phoning with no one answering. Do the right thing and answer/reply and refund my money that you were quick to take. You don't deserve 1 star.

Avoid this company at all costs. No items recieved, they simply take your money and don't respond.

Would give no stars if possible.

Ordered and waited, no product. No response to phone or email from numerous attempts.

Quite simply cannot be trusted.

Send money if you wish, but you won't receive anything, either in product or contact.

Utter scam outfit that there should be tougher legislation to prosecute..
