only to charge

I received other charges that weren’t clear from the ad, so I changed my mind. Emailed them and they quickly replied confirming that I would receive a refund.But aftyer 2 weeks I was charged again ! it is not correct ,they are triky and shalows!and there was NO REFUND!

Hassle free refund and cancellation of subscription

When trying to purchase a set of pots online from makro, I somehow found myself subscribing to something i had no idea about. I then sent an email requesting to unsubscribe and a refund and was told cancellation would take place in the next 14 days. I had no hassles cancelling and getting my refund as the company undersatnds that I made an error. The comapany has been very supportive in rectifying this mistake.
