They come up with weird rules on the fly to extract information out and not let you withdraw or get verified.

Edit: since my review i have been verified only to find after 8 attempts at withdrawal they keep saying address incorrect

Making a deposit takes one second but..
Making deposit takes one second, but making withdrawal takes up to a few days. Especially if you have deposits from a new source account, or e-wallet. Of course when you take deposits from such sources they dont ask you for verification, but if you actually win something then only after two days your withdrawal request instead of being accepted has been rejected. No email, no message, nothing. You gotta then ask politely what is wrong and wait until they're gonna say that that account has not been verified, although you had clearly sent a week ago again new documents. It has been slowed down to maximum for withdrawal and the money is still in your account, so if you are a gambler you basically cannot enjoy your wins. Currently there is as I heard an external error and I even cannot withdrawal make money for week already. The spins are super empty no win spins, even popular slots. They have no rakeback or bonus that you can wager on online casinos but only within very impossible rules at some slots. On the website itself there is no possibility for the player to set its limits or gambling responsibility which is a standard everywhere else. You cannot limit either your time, or your deposits. The website is very misleading and to find a button for withdrawal it's like walking through a labyrinth in the dark night. There are very few contests or programmes to compete in. Casinos just take advantage of your habits or addiction. Clearly Rakoo is a casino that is designed on super high definition for you're losing. The VIP approach is nothing special, it basically means that you have been treated with someone who mails you extra spam once per week: like what's your hobby or do you prefer croissant over chocolate roll? You know that deep level of small talk, but when serious questions and feedback is asked for experienced users then nothing is given. Another funny factor is that, raking is based not on how much you wager through but how much you loose :) Very sticky, shady and scammy place. Think twice if you make a first deposit and if somehow you only opened account feel free to close it, life is too short to be fx&6d up so much through manipulators. In the era of one second deposits and five days withdrwals you realise something is really upside down.
