Well packaged, relatively arrived quickly to a different country, and got what I paid for.

Simply the best online vape store. Purchased my Dovpo squonk mods on here and the price was the best by far compared to other retailers. James also emailed me to say he had refunded my postage costs and my parcel will be upgraded to DHL next day delivery. Delivered very fast. Rainbow vapes is the best vape shop out there and always pulls through the best products fast and cheap. Great customer service, amazing juices. Gone are the days you can buy a product online and trust the company has written an accurate description.

Purchased 2 bottles of Ejuice (one Banana and one Strawberry) that both contain high levels of Koolada or Menthol additives, Something which I cannot have as these give me headaches.

The description made no mention of any "Cool" flavours or having these ingredients or flavour profiles.

The descriptions for each are

"features a simple, distinctive, Banana bubblegum flavour that lasts and produces a pleasant fruity aroma."

"Strawberry Candy brings the blend of Horny Flava's great tasting strawberry with a sugary sweet candy base."

Sent an email and was replied back with "we sell the products, we don't try them, in the terms and conditions it is up to the customer to do there own research on any additives or flavour elements within the liquid"

So for any other customers.. make sure you research every bottle of juice you plan to buy from this site as the descriptions they use are far from the truth.

This is the best online vape shop. I've used them for many years the offer a good range of products and great service. I always receive my orders on time. There own brand flavours are pretty good.

Juice leaked out all bottles. Missing a bottle of juice, and 2 nicotine shots. Nicotine shots provided were not to correct mix ratio. Contacted seller by phone, who said they will send a bottle to replacement missing item but will not do anything about the items that have leaked. Juice is useless as the nicotine mg would be completely out and vg/pg ratio is also not to correct mix of e-liquid

I really rated Rainbow Vapes in the past and praised them heavily on the discussion channels I use to discuss vaping but was really disappointed with their repackaging of flavour concentrates on a recent order (basically rendered useless because of poor design/lack of info). I can see why other people complain about customer service - James just doesn't really seem to care. So it's a great company if there are no problems, but if there are problems don't expect James to do anything about it or try and help you out.

It really makes companies like Fogstar stand out and makes you want to buy from them time and time again because you know they actually care about the experiences of their customers.

EDIT: Adding a star because I had to order from them again (they were the only people stocking the flavours I needed). Again there was a problem with the order - they sent the wrong flavour - I emailed customer service expecting more surliness but to be fair, they came back to me within 15 minutes saying that they would post the correct flavour out to me today. Still annoying how hit and miss they are but at least a better CS experience.

The site has a good range of flavours that are very reasonably priced.
All my orders have been quickly shipped and delivered with no problems whatsoever.
I did contact customer support for more some information on a stock line and received a very prompt response answering my query.
A repeat customer, and I'll be back again!

I’ve placed around 8-10 orders with Rainbow Vapes over the last 6 months or so and they couldn’t have been better to deal with. They have incredibly quick delivery and fast response to enquiries. I’ve made mistakes on my orders a couple of times and they have gone out of their way to fix them for me and couldn’t have been nicer. I’m actually surprised to see any negative reviews for this company. I’ve only ever bought flavour concentrates- not eliquid or anything else- so I can’t comment on the quality of any of that, but the concentrates are as they should be. I was initially worried, as they are cheaper than other companies, the concentrates may be more diluted. But I did a side by side comparisons of a few of the same flavours I got from chefs and Rainbow Vapes and they don’t taste any weaker or different. My only slight complaint is their bottles are a bit more bulky than the ones at chefs which is a bit annoying for how I store my concentrates and they don’t do 30ml bottles, just 10ml and 50ml- but that’s just being picky. Especially when they are so much cheaper than anywhere else I’ve found- and they have flavours I can’t find else where and seem to be adding more to their line all the time.
