We had to have our beautiful boy Ben put to sleep August 10th. It was an awful time for me and my husband but was made less so by the care Ben received from Rainbow Bridge. The vet Laura was so lovely and calming and put us at ease during this terrible time. It was good that Ben could pass at home where he was loved. We received his ashes two days later. We cannot thank James enough for how he handled everything with kindness and compassion

There must be others who have a bit more time to plan saying farewell to a much-loved dog, but that’s not how it was for us. Our beloved Westie went downhill so quickly that we had no time at all to prepare. Thank goodness for Rainbow pets who came to our rescue. I ordered a pet coffin one day and, true to their word, it arrived the very next day in time for us organise a final day with love, dignity and courage. I can’t thank them enough for the quality of their product and service.

I can’t thank Rainbow Bridge enough for their care and compassion. Their home euthanasia meant that my dog went to sleep so peacefully at home without any stress. She was then taken with dignity and kindness to be cremated, and her ashes were ready to be collected and brought home 2 days later.

Rainbow bridge. Wow just wow, had my 19 year old cat put to sleep yesterday at home, she was promptly collected with so much care and love by 6.30 last-night my husband had an email saying her ashes could be collected at are convenience, we spoke to rainbow bridge who also offer a delivery service which was amazing, she was handily very gently by Stuart and the compassion he shows is second to none. Thank you for making a horrible day that little bit easier. ❤️

My baby boy died on monday morning, so suddenly, then I found Rainbow Bridge so local to me, within 5 miles appx, the lady who dealt with the heartbroken me, was lovely, so compassionate, kind and caring, and allowed me time with my boy. Then picking up his ashes, the same care and kindness. Absolutely I'll use this company again because, how caring they are. Their prices are very reasonable, and hes home now in a lovely wooden box.

They are so professional and caring, I had taken Lincoln to Alex at Pakefield vets, who came out to the car, where I sat with Lincoln on my lap, he passed so peaceful, Rainbow bridge waited stayed opened for us to arrive, we weren't rushed at all, they came out to the car to ask if I wanted more time with Lincoln, also did I need a drink. I will pick my fur baby up Monday, knowing he was in fantastic hands, it was a journey I didn't want to make, but between my vet, and rainbow, it was made a little easier. 😢🌈💔🐕🙏

We had been recommended to Rainbow Bridge when our pet cat Fluffy passed away recently. They collected him from the vets and kept us updated at every stage of his final journey. They personally returned his ashes along with some beautiful keepsakes in his memory and some lovely words of comfort. I certainly would have no hesitation in recommending their services

Just want to say how amazing all the staff who I dealt with was from the minute I phoned to bringing our beautiful Freya back home to us we used rainbow bridge before with pepper and will use again as they go above and beyond for you.

We had our staffie Ruby cremated here about 5 years ago and sadly we recently lost one of her puppies, Emmy, who we had for over 16 years (a wonderfully long life for a staffie). The staff at Rainbow Bridge are compassionate, professional and helpful. They really do make the loss of your beloved fur baby a lot more bearable knowing they will be handled with respect and dignity. I was so pleased with the lock of Emmy's fur, paw prints and sympathy card and candle, all presented in a lovely bag. This is truly a 5* service following the loss of your pet, I cannot speak highly enough of Rainbow Bridge, thank you so much for helping us through our loss.

The vet who came out was lovely and patient and clear and gentle and was open to any questions we had and talked us through what to expect. They were also happy to speak to us after to offer reassurance and clarity and I can't speak highly of them enough.

Most of the communication with Rainbow bridge is understanding but the 4 stars is because some of the tone of the E-Mails does leave something to be desired by the admin staff. Without this slightly negative experience in what was overall a positive experience of the service (in a deeply distressing situation) I would have given 5 stars.

Our sweet little girl had to be put down a few weeks ago at Rabun Animal Hospital, which was done with great care and compassion. They partnered with Rainbow Bridge, and we are so happy they did. Her ashes were presented in a beautiful wooden box, but what really impressed was a plaster cast of her paw, which we hadn’t thought to do. We’re so happy to have it. Also, they included a little wildflower seed packet that probably didn’t cost more than 50 cents, but it was a thoughtful and touching gesture. We didn’t get to meet the owners, as did a number of the reviewers, but they are clearly attuned and responsive in providing a necessary service to those who love their pets as family.

We cannot thank Rainbow Bridge Cremation enough for the care and compassion they showed during such a difficult time. Tom was incredibly kind, understanding, and supportive from the very beginning. He handled everything with such care and professionalism, making the whole process much easier for our family.

Every detail was treated with respect and dignity, and we truly felt that our beloved pet was in caring hands throughout. Tom’s empathy and reassurance meant so much to us, and we are deeply grateful for the kindness shown during such an emotional time.

We would highly recommend Rainbow Bridge Cremation to anyone looking for a compassionate and caring service.

I had to make that call today as sadly my little fur baby Tia passed away over the weekend. The lady I spoke to was so understanding and patient with me as I was upset, they came and collected Tia within an hour of me calling, I said my goodbyes just before they arrived as that part I couldnt do my brother did it for me. But I know she will be well taken care off. Thankyou so much! RIP Tia xx

Just received her nose and paw print today - they are beautiful, sobbed but so grateful to have these; getting them framed tomorrow😢
